20 Min Chest & Arms Workout

You’ll build lean, strong, and natural upper body strength with these routines. Workouts are available for beginners to advanced exercisers.
In this free version you can try one workout routine of each level. Challenge yourself by seeing which workout level you can finish.

The workout format follows and HIIT method: you'll watch the exercise to be done for about 12 seconds, then you'll do the exercise for 60
- 90 seconds. Just follow the guide; there's no thinking involved.

You have to pay to do anything pass the first workout, NOT COMPLETELY FREE. I only say this because i searched free apps. I like it so far, just day one but its seems good.
