Free version is simple and does the job. Gives you good targets to work towards and aids discipline. Only once found it temperamental and accidentally skipped a break. Import and export function is excellent, had been using this for 3 weeks and got a new phone, thought all data was lost - simple code generation and it's all there.
Does exactly what I wanted it to do. Starts off slow and easy if you need it that way and ramps the difficulty up nicely. It is pay to play if you want multiple push up variations though.
I like this app. The free version is great. On top of push-ups you can do programs to lose weight or tone up. The best workout routine I've used is Rock Hard Arms by Marco Reed which is a videobut this app is commendable.
Good app with nice and simple interface which gives you encouragement to continue. However somewhere around 75 pushups i can't progress more and it always has the same schedule. So together with a fit & healthy nutrition program only, it might benefit you.
Very simple, but very effective. SFI - If a warning message before workout, to do warmup and after workout, to do stretches would be added star. Links to the warmup and stretch exercises/apps/video's will be superb i use Samsung health, if any way this data can be transferred, that would be awesome
This app has helped so much with my push ups. I've been doing it for almost 3 weeks and already I'm seeing improvements in both my results and my muscle growth. It's very easy to follow and complete and having the time already in within the app makes it even easier
I really like it. I would say it was perfect if it had the touch screen that counted each push up as you lower and touch the screen with you nose. Even without that, a very good app.
So far so good. I like how I can choose to progress through the rest periods faster. I like that the free version only presents me with ads at the ends of workout sessions. Great work!
It was incredible...I used this a year back, when I could only do 10 pushups in a single stretch. With proper routine from the app, I managed to reach 75 pushups in one go.
Excellent app!!! 6 weeks in and I have tripled the amount of pushups I can do. The app recalculates every week accordingly to your results and keeps a graph to show you your results!
I finally got to 200 push-ups, making 750 push-up in a day and around 10,000 push-ups a months. It seems a lot but it's not. U gain power slowly and surely. However, once i reached my goal, the app wouldn't le me do more, or go back to 199 push-ups. Would the developer pls fix this? Thank u
I never give reviews for apps but this app is great. I'm a pretty fit guy but always struggled to get beyond 50 push ups, I've been using this app for about a month now and i can now achieve 80 push ups in one set. Great app. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to improve there push up count

This is one of the few apps that I recommend to other people if they want to start doing body weight exercices. I started working out on Christmas. I could only do about 20 pushups or so. Up until this point, I haven't changed my diet, I already ate a lot, except for the fact that I quit drinking any kind of soda. I can now do 50 reps, with a few 5sec rests inbetween. I do my pushups with wide arms, and go with my chest as low and as high as possible. I encourage anyone to try out this app!
Simple app. I'm guessing i was already on the verge of gaining more reps, but 1 day after I used it for the first time, i went from 27 to 29, even though my arms still hurt from the first day. If i use it for one week then check again when my arms arent tired, i might pass 30... And ive been stuck on 25-27 for months now, so this app deserves nothing lower than 5 stars.
Great app, just does what it says. Sadly the feature to add friends doesn't work tho, would be really good if it did. Same with all the other app versions. Other then that all good things.
Simple but effective app. The ads arent as intrusive as I expected. Good for building a routine and some discipline.
It works as long as you stick to it, and follow the plan. Same thing goes for the 100 pull ups app, and C25K.
honestly, I can see the result withing 7 days of using this apps. I've stopped doing any push up for almost 6 month before this. doing 10 push up for me really hard, but after using this apps coaching, now in my 7th day I can do around 60push up a day.

excellent app, my only complaint is that i was doing rest day test. Somehow I closed the app and i wasn't able to redo the test, it has set it for me way below what I am capable of The option of doing the rep test again needs to be available. otherwise good app.
It's amazing for beginners and easy to use ... I hope that would be more professional in the feature. Thanks for spreading the health.
I like it but I wish it was slower progression, it's just a little fast for me, level 3 day 2 is 75 push ups and day 3 is 86 so I personally think it's a little to fast for beginners
This app is really awesome.I just finished two weeks (6 workouts) my shoulder grew 1.2 inch wide. Muscle activation is crazy.
I am using it from the past 1 month and I have experienced a good change in my body . Loved the experience as it has increased my muscles strength with also a .5 inch increase in my arm . Given 1 star less as I would like the app developers to include some diet with workouts 🙂
Way too many ads, I understand it's a free app but there's one every two seconds. At least give us an option to buy a ad-free version
For an app, this actually exceeded my expectations. This app actually challenges you to your very core and its awesome! Its not too much to a point where you cant actually do it but it does give you something to hold on to that keeps you going. Its awesome. Everyone should try it. I would definitely recommend this to any one who is interested in push ups and in becoming physically fit in general. Its worth the try! Set your goals and stick with it.
