Good app, you can speed up or slow down, very easy to go your own pace. However, I don't feel like it really pushes you at the beginning, and you can't get the rest of the program without paying for it. Same deal with its sister apps.
Simple and easy to use. No stupid bells or whistles. A straight forward sit up workout. Currently using it to increase my sit up count for one minute.
It doesn't take too long before you definitely feel the results of this workout! I love how it's set up to rest between sets and tells you how many reps per set! Kudos guys!!
I like that the app has warm-up and cool down feature. Adequate rest time. Puts variety in number of reps per set each day. Still early days before seeing results
I bought the full version for a small fee, alongside the push up and squat apps, and so far I've had a great experience. Please make a stationary bicycle app!
Very simple application 👍. If your goal is to progress in core fitness and endurance, the app works great.
Used this along with the 21k runner, push ups and squat app that they sold as a pack one time before to enhance my training for an ultra half marathon. I never ran a race before that and I was out of shape. It got me there and worked wonders! Recomend starting with 10k if you are out of shape or havent worked out in a while. It's set up in intervals helping you build your respiratory endurance. Highly recommend.
That was a great way to get to where you want to be! I started running with the 10k app and downloaded the situp, pushup, squat app and I've never felt better.
Built you up with easy 5 sit up in-between breaks which Is easy for me to follow and built up my core without stressing it or cause any cramps or stitches into my stomach. Very easy to use and to highly recommend it.💪🏽
Perfect program, the routine starts from 0 physical condition and start to get more challenging as time goes through.
Very easy and simple app. Could use a few more features but gets the job done.
The best app that i came across. Totally worth my money and the amount is very reasonable. Go for it, folks!!!
Good because it keeps adding repetition each day. Love the 5 minute stretch.
Very helpful. Some tips on technique would be very useful for a beginner like me tho
If you are complete beginner a better warm up/ down could be incorporated instead of leaving it to the trainee
Great app to get beginners started in a routine. Before you know it you'll be at 200.
I really like this app I love the way in peace my exercise progress being a large woman this is a really good everyday increase my endurance
Easy to follow and meets you wherever you are on your getting in shape journey.
Great Voice Over.. Intuitive and Relaxing..!
Great app that keeps your performance improving at a steady rate!
Definetly reccomend it if your tryin to lose the last bit of belly fat and tryin to get your abs out.
Great exercise paired with 100 push ups and 100 squats.
Wonderful app great and easy start to the new me.
Boring! you can only do sit up once a week
Wish it would tell u what kind of stretches and count the sit up while doing it.
Two stars only because the title is misleading. One would think that 200 sit-ups means doing 200 consecutive sit-ups not 8 sets of 25. After 10 weeks you can show your friends that you can do 200 sit-ups as long as they wait for you to take seven breaks in between.
Excellent concept, but should have read the comments, charges after first week. I've actually been having issues with my full free 0 to 5K app and am afraid to reinstall or it might start charging me for it. I understand the need for finance to create the apps but isn't that the point of the ads. Or maybe there should be multi app purchase discounts.
