The Synchrony Financial 2016 Global Diversity Network Symposium, taking place July 25-27 in the Washington DC area brings together over 400 employees representing all 7 of our Diversity Networks in one collaborative forum to explore how diverse perspectives and ideas fuel innovation to help our organization grow and thrive.
The goal of the Symposium is to bring diverse talent from the organization to provide transformational leadership training with the goal of creating change agents who will shape the future of the organization.
