2020 BNP Paribas Open

Update: this behavior is still occuring on my Android phone three years later. Still frustrating. When viewing the scores from yesterday, the app keeps refreshing every 15 seconds or so to today's schedule. If I click into a particular match to view the stats and then click back, it takes me to today's schedule rather than the scores page. Very frustrating. I don't understand how these tennis tournaments have literally all year to perfect their apps and they publish them with so many errors!

The app doesn't seem to load properly. As soon as you open it it freezes on a page that seems to be an ad for the app itself. Considering how good the apps for the 4 grand slams are, you would think they could have gotten this right!

Several missing player bios. When scrolling through lists (matches, courts etc) there are random refreshes that bring you back to the top which is super frustrating for long lists.

Confusing and hard to navigate. Just show normal grid for each round, let us select players to follow. If these things are already in the app - can't find them 🤷🏽‍♂️

Bad app. Doesn't remember your player choices or notify you of when they are playing. Until this app is brought up to the level of the other tennis majors then you can't consider Indian Wells the "5th Major".Surely a tech leader such as Larry Ellison can build a better app.

I had many frustrations w/ this year's app. 2018's was fabulous, so if the tourney directors changed developers... Go back to the last team! My litany of complaints (Android, S8) 1-more than half the times you open it, can't get past the opening screen. Almost like it thinks it's a screen shot. Can't swipe any direction. My stubborn fix?? Open & close til it works. 2-Impossible to figure order of play. 3-Difficult to see previous matches unless you go to player (could go on no more allowance)

Can't get passed the home page. No options or way to navigate to ANYTHING!

App doesn't open 80% of the time...gets stuck. Disappointing to the max!

It's dreadful... Doesn't load, doesn't allow you to share... Slow, slow and slower

Doesn't even work! Most times, freezes on intro screen or just crashes when you try to navigate anywhere at all! Prior years, apps were FAR Far better.

Difficult to see order of play and draws. Can't scroll to see completed matches and scores without being refreshed to the top.

Very disappointing. Seems to have the same screen for order of play, draws and live scores.

Very bad app. Scores are not up to date by at least 10 to 15 min. Not intuitive to navigate. Still searching for draws whicj wete easy to locate on Wimbledon and Roland Garros apps. BNP Paribas needs to do better.

stuck on splash screen. at Indian wells and cant use It. very frustrating. FOUND FIX!!!! you must tap the screen when comes up. If you wait until next screen comes up you get locked out.

is not working. Keeps on freezing on some of different modes. gone back to the Apt. app works much better.

Would not work on my Galaxy Tab A at all. Removed, installed, repeated action several times to no avail. worked on cell phone 1st time 1st try.

This app was terrible to use. I did not update at the tennis center, so through the you could not get live scores or figure out who was playing where. DONT BOTHER!

We should have the option of giving NO stars for apps. This one wouldn't get stars at all. Designed as if they wanted to hide things. I'm not going to waste my time writing about it.

order of play needs to list the order for each court not all mixed together. stopped using app and went to website were it does just that.

Stops all the time! No order of play

App stops every time score tab is selected. Uninstalled and reloaded. Problem persisted.

same as other reviews: can't get past the first screen. uninstalled three times and gave up. broken serve.

good as usual, except the app keeps crashing when I click on practice schedule on my android tablet.

Terrible app lots of bugs

the app had no way to toggle scores between men's and women's, so it only showed women's scores.

Downloaded and cannot get past initial splash screen. Bit more testing needed.

I would give it a zero if I could. Goes down every time I open it.

It was more reliable and consistent last year. I wondered why the app had such a low rating: now I know.
