Simple, easy to use and makes tracking carbs as simple as click and add. I am new to KETO and this app makes being on the diet a breeze. You can search for foods, scan bar codes or add your own. I love that it also comes with free recipes for times that I am at a loss for meal ideas. I've tried a few of the low carb meals on my family, and they gave rave reviews. This app is a must have for anyone wanting to lose weight with KETO! Perfect!
The first time I tried this, I hated the whole layout. Since you've updated it, im giving it 5 stars. Plus, most of the recipes are awesome. A few I had to choke down and some I outright wouldn't make. Plus ill have to look again, but some of the meals were missing ingredients on the shopping list so I had to go through and make sure before I went to the store
This app has changed my life. We've all heard a lot about the keto diet...And trying to make sense of what's what can be difficult. This app lays it out, sums it up, and even gives you a weekly shopping list! All in easy-to-understand terms. It has taken all the guesswork out of this, gives you the most fantastic recipes, and tells you what to eat and when to eat for the first month. I started keto a few months ago. I really like this app because it has a lot of indulgent recipes to try to create foods I rather miss. The pictures are beautiful, the directions are clear, and there are a lot of substitutes I hadn’t been aware of before reading through this app. It made me reassess my pantry and buy a few more staples so I can enjoy my meals more, and feel less like I’m missing out.
Easy to use and good database! I've been on a Keto meal plan for a week and even if an item is not in the database the custom entry option is nice. The only knock is that I wish you could easier the units of serving sizes on custom items more easily (ie cups, oz., etc) . Once it is in Recents, changing the serving size does not align with the entered nutritional values.
Great! Lots of recipes... I've tried 5 so far. Some of the instructions are a little odd or non- specific sometimes, but nothing impossible ! I'm in Europe, so lots of ingredients aren't available, but generally I can somehow compensate. The mozzarella here is different, so many of the "bread" recipes require tweaking. But again, not impossible! App works great. I like the "favorites" option and search function, as well as the categories. Many great family dinner ideas! Lost 1lbs in 1 week.
The recipes are pretty good. Unfortunately, the shopping list doesn't include everything you're going to need for the week. There are a lot of ingredients missing on the shopping list. And I shouldn'thave to look through 21 different recipes that have popup ads to look through all the ingredients to make sure I have everything. They could be more detailed too. Like the beef chuck, didn't say that it was chopped and I got the wrong kind.
If anyone has ever tried the Keto diet, it can be incredibly tough. Finding foods that are low and carbs and taste good was very difficult. I was so close to just stopping the diet because I literally hated almost everything I was eating. Then, it clicked, I bet someone out there had these same thoughts. After looking around I finally found this cookbook. My goodness, this one is a life saver. It has a plethora of different recipes that use SIMPLE ingredients.
Amazing. I was expecting it to be great and it’s even better than I had imagined. Not only are the recipes amazing but you also get detailed macros, and storage (for both fridge and freezer) and reheating instructions for every recipe, which is awesome for meal prep. Would download this again in a heartbeat.
These are healthy recipes that are easy to follow. It has smoothies and dessert items as well as some mouth watering main dishes. I like when a diet app gives enough variety that you do not feel restricted while on the diet, and this keto app does just that. The recipes seem straight forward and simple, easy to follow.
With clear text and photos, this app tells you exactly what groceries you need to buy and how to prepare the delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 3 entire weeks. Tells you the exact calories, fat, fiber, total carbs and net carbs for each meal. Leaves the guesswork out of good tasting weight loss for three weeks. These are foods you will really want to eat. Highly recommended.
I enjoyed the no nonsense style of the cooking directions, the ease of most recipes, and the explanations of how Keto work. Some of the best Keto information and explanation I've read. Recipes look easy and amazing. It was tough for me to find simple recipes to get through the day. If you are on the keto diet or just trying to cut back on carbs, you will get a lot of value out of this app. Keto meal plan nice.
Visually appealing, well written, and intuitively organized. Answered so many of my questions. Love the beginner friendly, super simple recipes (and delicious). My favorite parts are the user friendly charts and lists. This has become my keto bible. First time eating healthy was not a big hassle or struggle. I highly recommend this app to anyone new to the low carb life.

Only half of my family is eating Keto. I have loved this cooking app because I am able to make a simple yet tasty Keto meal and also add some sides for the non-keto's in our family. Recipes are absolutely delicious and loved by everyone in the family. I love that a lot of the recipes that I have tried, I already had the ingredients on hand. They are common ingredients, not ingredients and spices that I have never even used or heard of!
This app dose a great job of providing clear and concise information on the ketogenic diet and has many many keto-friendly recipes. the best thing is that you can switch recipes from different weeks if you don't like one of the dishes in the week plan. I have tried some of the recipes, they turned out incredibly tasty, never thought I could eat healthy yet delicious food at the same time. this app will be a tremendous asset for me to continue on the keto diet without cheating during the week.
I love this app full of helpful tips and great recipes. This has been amazing in helping me with my keto diet/lifestyle and I definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of trying. Great app for beginners and pros alike. Lots and lots of recipes for every taste. I use this app day in and day out. I bought this app from the very beginning of starting my keto journey nearly a year ago and to this day like mentioned above I still use it on a daily basis. This app not only covers lots of recipes for different occasions. It gives lots of information on how to prep and store food which is an excellent addition.
This is EVERYTHING you need. The recipes are easy as heck. Nothing is extravagantly expensive. It doesn’t require you to buy the most expensive cut of meats. You’ll eat fresh whole foods and feel amazing by day 3. I love it! I’m going to be purchasing the soup book and the thanksgiving/Christmas book because of how good this thing was. Highly recommend you purchase.

I love the recipes, all are very healthy, very easy to make and most of the ingredients are items that can be easy to replace in your grocery shopping list. My mouth is watering. Have been Keto for 4 months now and I like it. I make it a priority to stock up on the basics and it's somewhat easy to stay on track. But... This app brought my Keto journey to a whooole new level! So excited to add more to my simple diet. I have most of the ingredients at home! Same ingredients but made in to so many deliciousness!
looks like good food but pictures and recipes are not matching as well as the names. Also the pictures you do have correct have added ingredients not given in your recipe. The ads are very frustrating. One minute your looking at the recipe and the next your trying to back out if an ad you accidentally clicked.
I have been really enjoying this book. This stay at home order due to the corona virus is really giving me some good time in the kitchen!! I really like that the recipes have directions for storing leftovers for another meal! The three week meal plan to get you started is so helpful as well.
I understand the need for ads in a free app. But I got frustrated within minutes of using the app. Everytime I clicked on anything it redirected me to an ad. As I was in the middle of reading a recipe as started popping up and covering the recipe. Uninstalled.
Love ! Love this app. Not complicated at all and easy for everyone. The food is easy and hints to meal preps are so helpful. Everything so far to make these recipes are keto staples I've already had on hand which makes every meal cost friendly. I've made more in one week from this app than from any other keto app I have.
It's nice that there are recipes planned out but it would be better if you could decide what meats or veggies you have a preference for. Example: if I dont want to eat seafood or pork or grapefruit what can be substituted? Or is there an alternate plan that excludes those items?
wonderful app. no use of equipments at all and lose your weight and tone your muscles on a daily note. Home made gym with physical workout. I loved the app. The sessions are extremely good. Three levels beginner,intermediate and advanced makes it excellent. You can choose according to your efficiency. Just 11 mins of session daily is more than enough to see better results within a month. Thanks to the developers for making this wonderful app. One nation One Gym. ✌👍
