The app gives good websites and phone numbers as well as a run down of what each service offers but most of the things say something about not having any thing in the area available and so why even have the option on there if it's not an option? Can be a waist of time, I'd rather call and leave the call back number option then anything but 211 is very helpful over the phone I can say
It's a good idea, except its nonfunctional. It only showed resources for a very small portion of your categories and they were across the nation, making it still useless.
Well, My family and I have been homeless and in need of some assistance in the last 2 years. I've been directed several times to call them to receive help. I have too. Their answering machine message ask you to please leave a message, and.to not call back repeatedly, leaving messages. They will call you back. I've still never talked to anyone that works for them. And never received a call back either. I'm still homeless and in need of some assistance, but I won't call them back anymore.
This app was kind of a bummer. Maybe it's the city I live in though. App didn't find me any resources for anything I searched for and not even within a 50 mile range. I really expected a lot more or at least a little more than the zero use and zero resources I got from it. For me it was totally useless!
The app is 1000% better than calling them. I got into a cold weather night shelter using the app after the phone part of 211 said there wasn't any open. If it wasn't for the app I'd been outside overnight in December without a decent tent with my dog.
Worked a few months ago, doesn't seem to work on my goverment phone but will work on my GFS iPhone 6. Hopefully it catches up with the goverment phone capability. . .
this is an awful app. i live in southern maine and it kept telling me there were no resources in my area. every. single. option. was a no. so disappointed. uninstalled this app.

This at this very useful more so than the phone number you break down all of the resources very easily to understand you actually realize how many resources are out there where is the book it's still really confusing I definitely recommend that people download this app
Worthless. I tried several different zip codes and nothing comes up. This must just be specific to a certain part of the US.
This app is not showing no locations at all and my location on and my phone bill payed so this app is no good as of now please fix because the concept is great but actually working no

This app sucks for anyone living in Tucson,az (pima county) there is not any useful information. I immediately uninstalled.

No matter what i searched there was no information idk if they are updating or something. But if they can update it, this app can help a lot of people.

Did not realize this was only for the Portland area of Oregan. Should say this in the description because the logo used looks very similar to our 211.

There's a 211 Office in my town but this app cant find anything in ALL of the catagories.
Ok I've been reading all of the neg. reviews & a lot of them say that it's worthless. Just to let every 1 no that if u read the reviews be4 u download it, IT'S ONLY 4 OREGON & NOT 4 any other state if u live in a state not Ore. DO NOT download it b-cuz it will not show any resources 4 yr area/state. Try & typing 211 Info then yr state & see if there is 1. Sorry 4 bein' so rude but come on folks when u type 211 Info it says Oregon after it. I live in Ore. & just tryin to help out the developer.

Love all the support and resources offered by 211
Quite a few problems with this app: the biggest one being that the description of the app says nothing about this being an app for Oregon State only. Other issues being: 1) clicking on the left hand corner icon (three horizontal lines) doesn't fully transition you to the sub-menu so you're stuck halfway between the main and sub menu. 2) the data provided is only partially human readable and clearly is coming from a database. App needs a major overhaul.
