I used to like this app. They're getting worse. Have to wait long periods for a ride. And they took that extra 25 dollars out of my account and never replaced it. They even took 25 dollars when I immediately canceled a ride because they had nothing available. I used to feel as though I could trust this service but that's starting to fade.

Yes, Uber and Lyft have gotten too expensive. They have harmed the taxi business. This app is proof you shouldn't weep too much for the taxi co, their incompetence was their downfall. Good luck finding a cab, 80% of the time the app just has no cabs whatsoever. One will not drive to pick you up. If you aren't convenient for them, you aren't even worth being a customer. The rare times you find a driver, they will drop out. Again. And again. Garbage app. This is why taxis died.

The woman on the other end of my cab driver's two way radio was horribly mean and offensive. I got in a cab in center city around 5pm on 11/17. My driver was trying to get help with his computer screen and she dismissed him, leading to a good 5 minutes before he could figure it out himself. I listened to her degrade all the other drivers asking for her help throughout the ride. She was not delicate about accents and I felt bad for all drivers. So crazy. A stream of rudeness and anger. Really?

When it works, it's convenient, but mostly it tries for 5 minutes and tells me no drivers are available. Or it says contact your driver at such and such number then immediately says "Sorry, we couldn't find you a ride."

I made a mistake. All rides were excellent EXCEPT the one to 241 S.24th. That INEXCUSABLY MISERABLE. Car was so cluttered no room for me, friend and the foldup rolling Walker that couldn't go into the trunk because it was locked! (Friend sat in front.) We both had to push cushions and other loose stuff away to have room to sit. There were NO SEATBELTS. The car was very old and didn't ride well - no or poor shocks. All in all, I have probably never had a worse taxi experience in my life.

This app does not load properly and never updates without forcing closed and reopening (hopefully). Please fix! I would love to order cabs this way.

You book a cab then they cancel. Then it takes even longer to book another one. You cant ever get a wheelchair cab. The app take longer than the phone. Worst cab company EVER!!!!!!!

does not work. selected addresses in drop down. it told me they didnt exist and therefore i could not get a cab. it wouldnt let me ask for a cab untili entered a credit card. something is NOT right!

This was my 1st time using it. Ordered a cab at 10:08 the app the taxi was 4 minutes away, then it was 10 minutes away, then it was 6 minutes away then it was 19 minutes away. 25 minutes later I hailed a cab off the street.

Won't let me sign up. It says either my email or my password are incorrect. And it won't send me an email to reset the password. Don't use this app. It is not any good.

App is always crashing, never finds a taxi, or takes 10 minutes to find one. Half the time they dont come after they've found me a ride

Doesn't work, all it does is buffer and when you try to call it takes 15 minutes or more to get through to dispatch. If I could I would give it a zero

The app works but the drivers are the problem. Do they all have to be assh*les. Going to go back to Lyft and just deal with paying more.

The app can't handle UK phone numbers and since you need a valid phone number to use the app, it was a non starter for me.

I really enjoy using this app. It's great getting ride information asap.

I can't sign up or in because it says my phone number is taken. Maybe it works great if you can sign in.

I HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM WITH GET A CAB I THIS SERVICE HAS BEEN RELIABLE AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT, A LOT OF TIMES THEY'RE CHEAPER THAN UBER AND LYFT.

It did not work. I couldn't schedule a pickup or add a payment. It was just frozen.

Dispatcher was very rude. Hung up on mw when i didnt know the counry of were i was going. Only downloaded the app bc im.in labor and desperate and she was so rude. Never again!

I can never get a ride through the app. It said it was outside then cancelled.

first time I try the app and it doesnt even function! no way to test until u need a cab. fail.

What's the point of this app? Always says there's no drivers available after looking for 2 minutes ....need to fix it this problem asap

If you need wheelchair accessible transport, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A JOKE. Everytime I tried to schedule a taxi for wheelchair,all drivers busy

this app is ok when it works but when it doesn't work making me late to work or go to places
