I used to be able to log in using my fingerprint. Since the update, no longer can do it. This app specifically says "fingerprint" can be used, but doesn't give you that choice. I sent an email to 21st and am waiting to hear back. Edit: Heard from agent and followed instructions. Still can't use fingerprint. Great app update! NOT! 2nd edit: Now it lets me use fingerprint. Only took me 3 days to get it.
Get the email announcing the app, download it, then I get a pop-up that says a newer version is available and to "upgrade." Tap to upgrade, takes me right back to logon page, where the same pop up occurs again. Completely unable to use the app. Email me when your app actually works.
Everytime I try to login to my account it tells my password is wrong. Everytime this happens I have to reset my password. Funny thing is I just use the same password. This happens every month when I make my payment. Other than that the app works fine.
This app does not recognize Drivers license. It needs to be a little more people friendly. If cant access my information, I have to call to make a payment and that charges me to make a payment. NOT GOOD AT ALL. TOO COSTLY AND TIME CONSUMING.
This app keeps doing updates and everytime you do the updates you lose the fingerprint sign or if you set up the remember me sign in so you have to set it all up again after every up date it's frustrating.
App does not work. I can't log in. It keeps saying there's a problem retrieving my info. Same issue as most of the other 1 π reviews. 21st Century, please respond to the problem.
It will be nice if it works but couldn't log in. My credentials are fine using my laptop. I would just like to be able to access so I can save my insurance card. I have no printer. π
Same issue as others. App does not accept login credentials. Login works on website but not in the app. Deleting this app until fixed.
Plain simple tried to use it . keeps saying wrong user id password NO MATTER WHAT I DO!. I know they are correct on browser at home no issues.
Decent rates . Minus 3 stars for No roadside help button in their app. Exausting 10 minute call for roadside.

Unable to make a payment. It keeps telling me its unable to do it. This has Bern a problem for the last two months.
Easy to use but very minimal info re my policy. Also nowhere in app to request an I.D. card and/or my auto insurance policy.
Have not been able to pay my bill the past 2 months on the app. Have to log on using the website. Please fix.
I can't stand that I have to upgrade every time I log in to look at when I need to renew my policy when it was working fine and didn't need to be messed with. Guess I won't be renewing my policy....
Won't let me in ! No matter what has old phone numbers won't let me in
Horrible..trouble signing in and if you do get in won't give you current information or ability to see your identification card...
Always have a problem with app
Its never accurate πͺ I paid for 3 months in advance and it never reflects that payment.
Just updated the app and I still cannot make a payment on here this is the third month in a row.
It requests to upgrade, you do, then it repeats. Fix it & I'll try it.
Incomplete claims does not have options
Can't log in to my account, this app is useless. Now it tells me to upgrade to new app..... how?????
To me I think this insurance company has the best rates .. Been with them about 11 years now..
Love The service quick and easy
This rating is more about the company then the app, if you can shop around and find a more reasonable provider, I would. They offered a $24 dollar discount for the entire covid-19 shelter in place time period. And then came up with some bogus fee to get that back and more. Im on the quarterly payment schedule, but they still try to charge me the same fees as if I were paying monthly. As for the app itself, it never remembers my sign on information, even with the remember me box checked. ..
