Good idea but execution is lacking somewhat. For the last month there's been a bug where every day I get a notification saying "we've automatically categorized 100% of your transactions" and the notification takes you nowhere, and happens again the next day. Putting me on the edge of uninstalling
For the last month the app has stopped updating my accounts. I've tried it manually multiple times. I've put it on auto. I've left it while it's in its updating state for ages. I've tried removing bank accounts from it as well but the changes don't save. This used to be a pretty useful app, but now it seems more like a security concern since it's broken and won't delete my bank account details.
Been using it a few weeks. I like the functionality but suffering a bit of a bug where my pending transactions are duplicated up to 5 times. It seems to increase after synchronisation. Edited for update: My issue is only on the mobile app and not the web, so I signed out of the app and back in again and duplicates are gone. Hope this helps others that may have similar issues. As a fellow Dev I appreciate your hard work and commitment to attending to user issues. Keep it up!
Worked fine. Stopped using it because it wasn't compatible with my bank account. Maybe a year later I download it and it still doesn't work with those accounts, despite it being "investigated on priority". It is free software, though, so if it works for you tis great. Just has no use to me any longer
Dwindling! Guysz what's happening!! The app isn't updating and showing my latest figures! I loved having a dashboard view of all my cents! But that hasn't been happening for a while. This rating will move back to a 5 where it belongs when this bug gets sorted out.
A great app with amazing utility and UI, but suffers from constant bugs that always seem to reappear if they get fixed. Make changes to your budget amounts, they won't reflect. Login, all your data is gone. Change a category on a payment, the app will forget and reassign it to it's allocated/default category.
I've been using this app for around 5 years and find it invaluable in keeping in touch with my investments and expenditure. Far better than the banking app features trying to provide similar functions.
Incredible financial tracker app, with informative emails that you can subscribe to, that cover a wide range of well written, short and sweet, financial topics.
I find this difficult to understand and to use. The one feature I liked, a daily reminder to view my unseen transactions, has disappeared for several months now. Despite my request for help getting this back and being told it will reappear after 1 month. Cannot find a setting for this either.
This is now useless. Just go back to the version before the new UI. The figures are now all broken and never updates. The graphic is proportionally incorrect. Going from 5 to 3 to 1 star. Updates keeps on breaking features.
I can finally reckon my budget to actual spend using this. Very minor floors within product. The transfers takes some getting used to so I just don't use that category. All in all excellent product with good support
The app has become very buggy. It no longer sends daily notifications on transactions recorded and also won't allow me to recategorize transactions. I have previously enjoyed the use of this application, but lately it has fallen off. Please do better
This is the most frustrating product I've ever seen. When it works it's good, but it doesn't work consistently. Auto updates are being logged daily, but the app has not updated since the 11th. Not worth the frustration.
I find the app to be buggy. I can't access the Budget section. The login is extremely slow. Back when I could use the app for investing, I couldn't tell when I has completed a transaction. Without the investing and budgeting being easily accessible, the entire utility of this app is terribly reduced for me. It essentially gives me an overview of my money which my banking app does and gives insights to my categorisation and spending which just isn't enough for me to c9lontinue using the app for.
Lots of potential but the app is terrible. Barely functions as it should, takes long times to load and is full of bugs. Since I downloaded this months ago there has been bugs and slow loading times and they have never been fixed. Feels like no progress has been made in features and updates. Somethings that really shouldn't be complicated don't work ie. manually updating an account balance. "Please try again later", why? Better off doing this in excel at this point.
This app is amazing and far better than any of the international spending trackers. People also seem to forget that IT IS FREE. How amazing! And no ads! The other, inferior, apps cost at least R500/year. If you encounter a bug, just e-mail them! I had one and they sorted it out in 5min. No need to leave a bad review to get a bug fixed.
I have logged on 3 days ago and couldn't link my bank account. Last night at 20:55 I received an email from my bank warning me of an attempt to log onto my account. I phone them and they said it is some app trying to connect. I uninstalled this app last night and received another email tonight 20:55 again warning me against an attempt to connect. Can this be your app, since I am not signed onto any other app that asked me for my banking detail.
The app has great potential but I am having challenges with it duplicating all my transactions which then gives me an incorrect spend, etc. I don't know how to fix this.
Love the app. Great place to see all your transactions in once place and categorized nicely for your convenience
Works with banking apps, but interface confusing and inflexible. For example, app comes loaded with unalterable expenditure categories, some of which, such as dependants andfuel, are counter-productive. For example, The app's algorithm will log all purchases at garages as fuel purchases. Unwanted categories can't be removed. One can add new categories, but transactions must be individually reassigned. In short, it doesn't let you manage your money your way. A lot of room for improvement.
This is a legit app. It does some pretty impressive stuff in the background and is quite intuitive. After using it for a few days, I can see myself constantly coming back to it. However, goal setting is somewhat buggy, maybe it's just my device. App crashes every time I open my wishlist and since I have no interest in taking out a policy or plan, I'd rather not be lead to an advertisement or offer.
It is a great app, and far beats the ones I have tried (and I have tried a few)... there are many glitches (like the glitch where the budget doesn't update as it should), but it is still a good start. Will keep using it in the hopes of it improving! Edit: A few days after writing the review, the update glitch was fixed as well as one or two minor bugs, well done devs! 👍😁
