I guess instead of fixing bug, they added a bug every single time it shows server connectivity issue and the QR code it takes forever to generate. Guys please fix it as soon as possible, before it was awesome until the new update.

It logged me out automatically and when trying to login again, it says as Authentication failed, check and register again. Tried all possible ways and still no luck. This happened in earlier versions, now again it started. Developers kindly get it fixed ASAP!!!

Worst app I've ever seen. It's logged me out yesterday tried signing in, after multiple tries it took me in and again it kicked me out and asking me to sign in even though if I enter the correct credentials it's still not working🤦🏻‍♂️. Even 1 rating is not worth it.

This company talks about transparency and emplyoee cannot see the routing of his/... her cab. This is only done to cover the ridiculous and mindless routing done by the transport team. This is not called upgre of app. This idea comes with downgraded mindset. If u need ») more insights, please travel in the cab for week to see the problems faced by employee.

Just bug ridden. Even after having updated to the latest version. Logs me out whenever it feels like it, takes ages to update cab details. Sometimes I don't even receive cab details for the trips and makes it inconvenient to connect with the drivers. iCare functionality is extremely glitchy too! Not exactly sure as to what this app helps to accomplish, but I can say it's very far from doing so.

Very bad experience with this app. Suddenly the application log out and asking for credentials. It is showing authentication failed, even after providing the correct details. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times. I saw the reviews. So many people faced the same issue from so long time. But the issue hasn't been cleared yet.

Older version of the app was good but now facing lots of difficulties in this app

It gets logged out every time you go back and won't be able to log in , it says access denied , it works with same password after 2,3 days. This needs to be fixed.

Worst app ever. Gets logged out every next day and doesn't let you sign in. It will again let you sign in using the same password and will again sign you out all of a sudden. Never had seen such worse performance by an app.

New update is not good, it's not showing the employee count, pickup & Drop details. Please fix this..

APP NEEDS TO HAVE COMPATIBILITY FOR ONE PLUS 7T MOBILE: I recently bought a One plus 7t mobile. I'm unable to login to the app only in this new device. It is showing me the error as "server connectivity issue". Even after all the troubleshooting steps n technical guidance, still unable to login. Seems like my phone doesn't have the compatibility with this app. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.

Such a waste application never works always have to sign in waste of time

One of the worst application experience. All of a sudden it will log out and with the correct password won't login. Gives error try again later. Not happy with the app development team. I hope our feedbacks are considered.

Unable to cancel the cab pickup prior 4-5 hours for the scheduled login time during medical emergencies in the TMS tile option. I was able to cancel only the drop time. Please fix this ASAP as i had got Non-adherence messages for pickup multiple times due this issue. Even the sms by sending 'PNR' for cab cancellation won't work.

Not able to login. Always says Server Connectivity issues. Please try again. Never works properly. On top of that now we need to check th cab details only in this application. If if not allow us to login, then how are we suppose to get the cab details and PIN.

very frustrating that the app is not at all working. and couldn't able to check the cab details and transpot team will not at all raise an non adherence exception. every time and I try to open the app it say "unfortunately the employee connect app has stopped working."

Lot of bugs in this app. It doesn't even let me login (says authentication failed, try again) even after multiple attempts. Kind of frustrating when u are trying to check your payslip and the damn app doesn't even let u log in. Disappointing..

When I clicked on leave balance it logged me off and even with right password getting authentication failure. Only can check attendance. Any other menu app shuts down. Don't feel like installing it again as everytime I have to reinstall to check attendance only as everything else this app is useless

Unable to login on my one plus 7T. App always had issues like lagging and latency. This time I can't even login to the app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it doesn't help.

Trademark of this app never lost. Again u proved that this is the worst app. Ask people who use this app as they face a lot of issues everyday. App suddenly gets logged out, app doesn't load most of the times and many more issues. I would rate 0 but we don't have that option so gave u 1 🌟

It's been more than 15 dayss I have not logged in to this app. Error: Authentication faild. This is happening even after entering the correct password. I have uninstalled and installed it, still I am facing the same issue. Kindly check on this issue

Worst app. Worst development. Even a small app developed by students have an option to reset password what shall I call this app? Logged out automatically. Tried all the passwords I used in my lifetime and still error. This app is of no use in emergency situation. Why can't give an option to reset password from the login pagin?

It always show server connectivity issue!. How to resolve this issue in my mobile I'm employee of this company.

Ongoing issues for every and after 3-4 months 1.server connectivity issue try again later after 6 hours still same. 2.password is incorrect enter correct password after TL reset password processed 3.transport users are not getting 4 digit PIN under notifications list...what is the use of notifications side 4.EMPOLYEE ECOP is not at all getting updated in this APP 5.still have no opt left ...use same shift app. NOTE: HAVE SEND AN EMAIL AS WELL ...ITS NEARLY MORE THAN 1 YEAR STILL SAME NO UPDATE.
