Unable to log into my account. There is no error, the timer briefly spins then nothing. When I hit continue as guest I receive an error - "java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Trust anchor for certification path not found" New update has fixed the error.
Can't log in - says no account exists with my email address. And then I have to have a separate app to enter the gym anyway. Really poor. I'll just go back to my old gym - waste of time.
Been a member for at least 15 years, have always found the staff friendly helpful and encouraging, the only negative is some of the spin bikes are past their best.
Unable to book classes through the app, it says that there are places available but doesn't have an option, even when logged in
Doesn't work can't make an account, deletes all information if it says something is wrong and forces you to manually unlock caps lock every letter. Just awful

Opens the Door to gain access
After the initial problem of signing in its working well now, the only problem is with classes, when in a waiting list I get notifications stating I've moved up the list but the numbers are all over the place, 1 minute I can be 11th, then 6th and then 8th; if you can fix this it would be ideal.
