The black theme makes the app unusable outside, in direct sun. Don't let the devs decide the UI :) This is a critical usability flaw, especially for a mobile app designed to be used in daytime, outdoors. [Response to the reply] this should be a product team's decision, and based on usability criteria, the black theme must be, at most, optional. Black and yellow are accents, not background colors.

It would be a 5 star. But not having the ability to quickly select the type of bus/tram fair price directly and depending only in scanning the QR code or somehow knowing the vehicle code is way too bothersome and not a proper user experience. Please add a simple selection on the type ticket to buy(ex: tickets by zine or tickets by time). Thx.

Was working fine until last update, which seems to break NFC scan. After scanning the tag, an error occurs during payment. It works fine when scanning the QR code though. Previously I had no issue with the NFC scan.

Good app but on my Galaxy Note 20 the biometric authentication option is not available. I have an older Galaxy S7 Edge for which the option is available. Please fix it.

NFC pay not working (buses in Brasov), it's the third week since I noticed if you try to buy a ticket via NFC it fails. Pay via QR code is working. Please fix it, as the NFC pay is way easier that the QR scanning.

Great idea and app, but there's room for improvement. One bug I've noticed that I'd rank as major, lots of times I'm getting "Payment declined" when trying to pay with a MasterCard (Revolut). The sum is withdrawn from my account, but I get no ticket whatsoever. This happened like 40% of the time so far when I was trying to buy a ticket through vehicle code.

The biometrics stop working. But filgerprint logo still there. Like to remember it was a time.

Cannot paste card details. Basically unusable on the go, or in a rush.

App works as intended, but I'm having some trouble authenticating every now and then. Sometimes the fingerprint bioscanner option is not available, and the PIN length is a maximum of 3 characters, instead of the usual 4. A few restarts of the app usually resolves this issue, and the bioscanner becomes avaiable again.

After failing to add a ING card to the application seven times, I've finally figured out why it was not working: you need to have the POS payments enabled for the card. That was totally unexpected, and the app documentation says nothing about this. I thought that if online payments are enabled it would work, but that was not the case. So now I have a question to the app developer: in order to use this app do I have to let POS payments enabled for the card?

The app doesn't connect to the Internet. I tried to open it using my mobile data, hot-spot from a friend and also public WiFi. I restarted my mobile phone, I deleted and reinstalled the app and still doesn't want to connect to the internet. I hope I wont lose my public subscription.

Unfortunately, even after the upgrading from BPAY it's still not possible to buy a number of tickets and activate them consecutively over a period of time. So for every trip, you need to login, select, pay, approve the transaction in your bank software. That's tedious.

Unusable. For some months now, every single time I try to pay by scanning a vehicle code in Iași, it rejects my payment. It is always saying, that the rate is exceeded (or something similar, I don't remember the exact message). Therefore, I stopped trying altogether, and I am now using my bank card in the on-board vending machines instead.

Low level of documentation for each category. Looks buggy and unfinished, like an application made by amateurs. Does its basic job: takes your money and gives you the virtual ticket. I don't know what vending machines are enroled with it, and what you can buy, maybe you will find them on the street.

Pretty OK for what it's supposed to do. Graphical presentation and interface is a bit dated and unappealing. Functionally, though, this is a 5 star!

I am using it since a few month ago. I received a new card recently. I bought a ticket in the bus, NO error message at all ! I forgot to renew the data for new card, because there was no message with payment fail received. I had to pay a fee in the bus ! I have noticed that payment fail was present in the wallet, but otherwise no warning ! Send a message if payment fail, warn me in a way or another ! I don't want to go through this again...I returned, I give only 1 star, I don't care about paying a fee, it is a about principle ! I had no intention to cheat the system, why should I pay a fee ?

The buying bus tickets experience is quite unsatisfying. It should be an option for people to buy tickets without scanning the QR code. Also, I wish I could buy multiple tickets with one scan. And many more

The app is up to date but it won't work. I have unlimited internet and sometimes it says "check your internet connection" or just won't open/work. Terrible. It took me 15 min to manage to buy a ticket. Really really slow.

I have been using this app for months and now when I scan the qr code inside public transport, I can select the ticket, but after that, the transaction is not validated. A red X and no other error message is displayed.

I like this app a lot, clean, fast, does the job. Sometimes the QR code reading seems to take long, not sure if there is something that can be changed on that part. ! question - can you please add a "buy 4 tickets" after one scan somehow? Rarely but I ride with family, and it would help save time. thanks

Broken app. I was not even able to finish the install part. I lost 10 minutes trying to receive the 6 digits code on my phone threw sms and nothing. Just another thing build and managed in a stupid way, like many others in Romania. Think as a tourist point of view, why doesnt it have to be so complicated?

The idea for this type of paying is very good but the app had a lot of bugs...and is crashing ...the cause is when a lot of people try to buy ticket in the same moment.

Great, but in display fingerprint is not working in Oneplus 6T. Not able to login using it as there is no popup or something at startup. Edit: solved by clearing cache. Strange, but it didn't work straight from fresh install.

You need better servers. First it said transaction successful, then no ticket was showing. I physically bought another ticket with card, then the ticket was showing in account. Then nothing was loading. Fix your app please! If it's not reliable and can't purchase tickets the traffic controllers will issue fines.

It works perfectly. I don't have any complaints for now. I would like to pay with NFC but it doesn't work. What permission do I need to garant in order for it to work? Edit: I did activate NFC obviously. I use my phone to make pay pass payments, I know how it works.

Fast and comfortable way to pay for bus rides (though it's recommended to carry a paper ticket as well in case of a server problem). PS. I've already rated this app years ago, please don't nag me in the app to rate it again.

It stops working the second time I used it. I have to keep uninstalling and installing it back on to be able to buy a ticket. Its up to date, I don't get it. It refuses to open, that's the whole issue.

Quick and easy public transport payment. Sometimes the code scan is not instant and it requires a few tries even if the camera is in focus and not moving.

The best option to buy tickts with the mobile in Cluj. Good enough user interface. The only downside is that i have to select the city every time i buy a ticket.
