Worst online grocey store ever! I've had to cancel all the orders I've ever placed because of false information regarding the availability of their stock. The app is in desperate need of an update. The delivery scheduling is very inconvenient. Save yourself the time and drive to the store.
Horrible App and service. First of all placing an order was an ordeal. Then got a call saying half of the things ordered were not available. Time slot was between 11 to 5pm but the delivery reached at 8 in the night and even more things were missing. The kitchen cusine cupcakes and pastries were are squished and looked stale. Very bad experience and a total loss of money and time. I mean how lame can an app be that can't deliver a pack of pencils because it is out of stock. Uninstalling Now 😡
The most pathetic shopping experience of my life. There were several lies, dishonesty and false promises about delivery time, after taking an extra 10 days for delivery, some items were missing, they returned some cash BUT they only returned rs 990 instead of Rs. 1550. So for items worth around 600 rs, neither items were provided nor money was returned. Someone stole those items, it's disgusting and shameful on part of 24seven staff. AVOID this pathetic store. My order no is 4656496.
Do a little work on your app. It opens very late and works very slowly.And your products are seen in a very long time; it takes a lot of time to show them .. And whenever I login my account, there is a problem in it, I am having a lot of issues while opening my account.
They always mention products only to call you days later to say they arnt available, why put them on the app then? Rubbish service. And also, you always have to enter your email address every single time.
Very bad. Ads come in again and again and want me to open app which I have already install. When I click it becomes unavailable url page.
Doesn't work, it used to be good now whatever you choose it shows bad request and that's it...you search something it shows bad request..you view your cart= bad request..not able to place order or select anything ..uninstalled
They are Goofs still I could not get my complete order after ten days. Although I paid the said amount but to my surprise their management has no concerns what the ....... They are doing with their customers. Alfatah.pk is better then them and Grocers.pk is much better app

I am unable to sign into my app after the update. It was working well before the update.
These people r fraud.i placed an order and made payment through my card and they didn't made delivery even after 5 days.so I cancelled my order on 31 March last month and till now my money is not refunded.
Keep giving bad server msg on every click. Nothing opens up. Such a mess

Delivery is slow but reliable.
They are very expressive compare to others online shopping platforms. Also, they are super expensive compare to shopping malls, grocery store, and local shop. For example, The rate of lemon as of review is Rs. 744/- per kg on April 18, 2020. Moreover, to make people fool they mentioned the rate of item like 250g or 500g.
Fraud online. Fraudy people.. Items r expensive and products r old. In market products r cheap and they cgarge more money. Redicilous online. Dnt buy things from this online plz

In this time of crisis, 24/7 has innovated to engage rickshaw drivers to deliver, and despite needing to shut down their service briefly a coupe of times to cope with orders/issues, they continue to deliver and provide customer service, while other services in Lahore are struggling/have been overwhelmed. Best wishes for all the staff involved.

I had a good experience with the app before the update, had been using it for more than a year I think. Mainly why I stuck to this particular app was because their service and products are better than some of the others I tried even if they cost a little bit more but since the update I can't even login properly, it's glitchy, crashes, bad url request nearly every time I try to login. I'm trying to hold out and see if they fix it before moving on to a different app.
