26OO (emu for atari)

This app works perfectly but it plays a long ad everytime you play a game or switch games. I realize you need to make money but how about just one ad before the first game for each time I run the app. I have been testing a bunch of games where I play each one for like 20 sec and then pick another but it's annoying to have to watch a 5 sec ad everytime I do this.

Runs games very good supports homebrew games very great but if you could... Could you please publish a Atari 800 emulator

Alroght you got to get thr roms to work correctly ads are anmoying, suggest rooting phone or turning on airplane mode to stop that

Fantastic Atari Emulator. If you don't mind ads on occasion, its all around great!

I connected a PS3 controller with a OTG cable to my phone. Worked great with this app. Lots of fun.

I like the atari 2600 app it's pretty neat for those that don't have an atari system now can you bring out an atari 7800 emulator so we can play more atari games for that system as well thankyou

Even though the graphics are bad with the controls, I still prefer it.

How do you even work it? Every time I try to play an add pops up and then goes to the settings.

First ROM I tried (Adventure) didn't run properly. Was fine on another free emulator.

Plays well enough, but to not have the option to remove ads? If I'm forced to watch ads, I'd prefer to be rewarded with something other than the "privilege" of playing.

I would pay to avoid ads.

This thing is awesome but you just can't play these games with the same degree of skill with a touch pad. Nothing can replace the good old red button Atari joystick. It looks fantastic and is easy to load roms but you need a real controller in order to play these games.

I loved these game but my new TV did not support this games anymore with the original 2600 atari game box. Now, I can play again. After reading the postings and a little internet search I was able to operate this app without any issues.

P.s. to the clueless tw@s who give the app a low rating just because they dont know where to find the games : You press the controller icon(it's on the right) when you start the app, then select the folder where you put the rom file you downloaded in, select the game of choice and viola! You can play the game instantly, as for finding the games ; google is your friend as you'll need to download the rom, just be sure to mention the system you're emulating when googling

One of my most used apps! Vast majority of games run smoothly, the buttons are in good positions for playability, great user interface. All round a great app! One small thing though - the adverts at the start can be annoying so I recommend that this be used offline (but they never pop up during gameplay, so easily forgiven) Absolutely fantastic!!

The games I tried out behaved the way one would expect on a 2600. Awesomeness! I was even able to use cursor keys on my external Bluetooth keyboard. (I'm not a fan of flat screens used as game controllers.) Too bad I was not able to figure out which keys Fire and Reset were mapped to. Could we have Space Bar for Fire and R for Reset or something like this, pretty please?
