Phone took 3 tries almost 10 minutes each til some annoyed girl finally answered the 3rd try, taxi never showed up, waited almost an hour. Tried the app, never found a taxi, stuck on pending "Driver arriving soon!" for over half an hour. Downloaded Uber, got a car in under 5 minutes both times today. Never using this taxi service again.
down loaded the app, thought i reserved a taxi, the app said my driver was christopher, then 10 minuts later it arbitrarily canceled, then it reasigned antonio as the driver, only to be cancled after about 40 minuts and reasigned to louis. no one ever showed up. if you have to be someplace, do yourself a favor, do not use this app to get there... i would give it zero stars but the rating system wont let you.
Useless. App doesn't work. When it opens the screen is black.
App takes too long to open when i try to set up my profile it wont send me a text to confirm my number i gave up amd uninstall
The app never responds when I attempt to book a ride.
Wow this works great. Like Uber only better! Nice to have a trust worthy local option. Service was great!
So I gave the app a chance because the people at the call center were so stupid! But turns out the app is just as stupid as the people running the center. Never using this company again!

Fail. I live in Southwest Florida I use Bluebird Taxi they actually recommended I use this app. They have been to this address on multiple occasions. When I tried to use the app, the GPS does not work and it tells me my pickup location is too far away. Its not. Back to the drawing board developer.
