It's a great app except for the fact that it keeps crashing. It takes forever to sign in and I find myself having to uninstall it then reinstall it all the freaking time! 😭😑 feeling pissed off
This app started off well, but like many others, it stopped working and was stuck on loading. before commenting, i did contact support to see if i could fix it but the 'solution' they gave me did not work (badically delete and reinstall) and even though i tried to tell them about my problems and that it was similar to others that commented, they disregarded my commemts and simply told me time and time agsin to uninstall wait 2 minz and reinstall. not helpful at all.
Great app when it works but it crashed after just a few days and couldnt get back in. Tried reinstalling and just stays at the loading page. Really wanted to give this challenge a go but not great when you cant record info.
The app very difficult to use disappointed. Lose my time and money. I paid for a year and after first challenge finished it's locked me out and won't let me in. I read all reviews and try to fix myself, I change my password but it didn't help. Then I write in website my problem but nobody respond, no one is giving me any help and I can't use the app which I paid for!!! I won't a refund.!!! How I said lose my time and money.!!!!
i used to love this app and would have given it 5 stars, but for the last week i cant open the app. i have paid full membership and used to use this app daily now all i get is the lady running on the screen. i have trired uninstalling, reinstalling the app and restarting my phone several times, i now do not know what to do !
This app was great and I used it often but I havent been able to get it to open or load at all so now I have to log in via the internet and its such a pain! I would love to be able to access it again through the app, such a time saver!
I like the app except that i have to keep installing it as it constantly crashes. It worked great for the first week and now i can't get into it.
Signed up to Healthy Mummy and download app two days ago. So far I have barely used the app as everytime I try to open it it will load and load and load and then time out. I have deleted and re-installed with no change.
Can't open the app it just won't load. uninstall and reinstalling doesn't help and I've done the most recent update. It's very frustrating.
started off okay but for the last month I haven't been able to get past the loading page when trying to open the app. seems like a theme here. if I am unable to, I will be asking for my money back.

I paid for a year and after the first challenge finished it's logged me out and won't let me sign back in.

Like the meal plan and variety of different workouts. I would like if i could set reminders for workouts or meals or water. Worst part of the app is the shopping list. It's glitchy and keeps freezing and then I have to reload the whole app and change to the shopping list I need again. Work out videos also glitch when using full screen sometimes.
App needs to be made simpler., log other foods besides meal plans, cant see them or edit them so calorie counter becomes useless. Recipies are amazing and simple but probably cancel after trial because cant use the app. I can google recipies without paying a subscrption.

Would like to know who the developer is for this app so I can contact.. I purchased a subscription through google play and I cannot get into the app. I want a refund or help fixing this. No one is giving me any help and I have paid for something I can't use.. So annoyed and frustrated
I cannot log into the app at all and have now raised 2 support tickets and surprise surprise no one has got back to me. Don't waste your time or money.
Love the new updates to this app. Gives a whole variety of meal plans and thousands of recipes to customise into meal plans. I love the exercise option that's given each day, but also all the other available options in the app. A great app for weight loss and support. Your own PT in your pocket.
