If you need a program to switch between 3g and 4g coverage, this is not it. This is just a shortcut to your cell network settings, and as such completely useless if your settings already don't let you choose. Also app author, your replies to people are disgusting.
I used to have Sprint and now I have T-Mobile. I got the new T-Mobile SIM card 5G and my service has been extremely poor and unreliable. It used to be much better when I had 4G. I installed this app and throttled it down below 5g and now my service is much better. The difference is day and night. Now it's reliable again! Thank you!
Switched my network to 2g/GSM 👍 but had to use advanced network settings which is not ideal. EDIT: I must warn people not to change the *Select Radio Band* settings. It's not worth the hassle unless you like stress 😉
Awesome app but when I tap "Switch Network" it opens "Mobile Networks" window giving option for "Automatically select network" toggle button instead of opening "Preferred network type" window. Actually I installed another similar app for switching network type shortcut and for the first time it asked what to open and I selected "Mobile Networks" instead of "Preferred Network Type" and ever since then it automatically opens "Mobile Networks" instead of "Preferred network type". Can you help here?
This app provides straight shortcut to network settings. I use 2G, if i don't want to access mobile data. Helps a lot in battery saving. Loved this useful small app.
Bad function added since it pops up when ever the app is opened. It will be helpful if you add an option to allow it or not.
with the 23 Oct update you guys have made what made the app useful to me no longer useful. It is suppose to minimize the amount of steps to take to switch data mode. now you introduce an extra step

Open Network Settings is no longer poping up automatically on App logo click from homescreen. Consider developing a paid version of the App, I love automatic pop up of Network Settings from the homescreen.
Great app for forcing 4G only and rapidly changing between 3G and 4G. Now it also has a speed test built in.
THIS APP IS BRILLIANT, I NEARLY DISMISSED IT AS JUST A SHORTCUT THEN NOTICED ADVANCED NETWORK SETTINGS AFTER PRESSING THE BACK KEY. IT ALLOWS YOU TO MANUALLY SELECT 2, 3, OR 4G NETWORKS PLUS YOU CAN SWITCH THE RADIO TRANSCEIVER ON AND OFF. YOU WILL NEED TO RESEARCH WHAT TYPES OF CELL NETWORKS ARE IN YOUR AREA/COUNTRY VERY IMPRESSED !!! THOSE THAT HAVE GIVEN THIS 1 STAR HAVE NOT SEEN/NOTICED THE ADVANCED NETWORK SETTINGS BUTTON.
After updating to the newer version i was not able to open it again and keep on crashing.. my Phone is S10 plus kind please resolve the issue..
Latest update absolutely broke the app for me. I can no longer select CDMA/EvDo! Absolute fail!
What? Why would you remove such feature? The whole reason I installed this app is that it jumps strength to the network settings.

All it is is a shortcut to settings. It doesn't give any 3G/4G options.

best app ever. sprint t-mobile merger made my internet unstable. the app corrected this.
Advanced settings not available on my note 20 ultra, app worked great before on my note 8

Very nice app, use it every day for switching to 2g when mobile data is not in use to save battery. 1 problem comes with the advanced settings, as you cannot select LTE band 38 (TDD 2600Mhz). Also, the new design removes some useful features from the past such as the VoLTE toggle. Will happily give 5 stars if these are fixed. Edit: Can now select LTE band 38! Good job!
