I can't log in to my account. I have even tapped on the " forgotten paswerd link" and nothing is working yet I have enough credit in my phone! This is frustrating.

I cannot buy GoCredit. My cards are declined. You guys should device an easy means for your users to get their go credit.

We need voice chat in the groups . We need gallery in the group .. all apps except 2go has those features

I've been using this app for many years. And I can say that it is good. But my problem is that I can't buy credit. Not everybody has credit card. And that is the only option to get 2go credit. Please let the 2go developer include other options to buy 2go credit, as it was done in time past via text message. If that is done, then I will give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars! For now manage just 1 🌟, until something is done about it.

I can't verify my account. Kindly help to resolve. Also, try and add a buzz function to notify a friend if their attention is needed. The app is mostly saying no network even if other apps are working. After I was verified by sending 2go verify to 32120, I was charged 30 naira and yet my account is not verified. How many time will I be charged to be verified? I sent mail no response

App is so messed up big time. I've been logged out of my account for 2 days+ for trying to get goCredit through debit card, after trying over 10 times on SMS and my money being deducted for each time. Not like I forgot my password but I requested for one after being logged out just to be sure, yet each time, they keep taking my money and no response. I'm just done with the app. I'm so pissed!

Nice app but there is room for more improvements. This app hasnt achieved its full potentials. There is need for proper profile verification through image and social media links. Chatting interface needs some call features as well as texting upgrades. Rooms need more additions and subtractions. Log in can brace email use. People on the app clamour for some upgrade and would be glad if they get some

Got a new phone, tried to do a password reset, they keep taking my money and never reset password, plus they kept taking money for go credit but never credits my account, currently can't log, have wasted more too much money trying to do a password reset. If the app is out of service, just take it down and stop taking money from people without providing services.

Mine is just some quick questions. When will this App integrate video chats? This will help authenticate whoever claims to be who... When will users be able to delete or unsend messages sent in error or atleast be able to highlight and edit such messages to correct the error(s)? Still a long way to achieving these?

The app is so annoying. I used this app like seven years ago and I liked it a lot, especially the game rooms, but now, I opened a new 2go account and I've been trying to verify it and buy go credits for quite a while, but nothing is working. They've been cutting my airtime and telling me that the service is no longer available on short code, even when I tried to verify it directly from the app. Now, I can't even send a message to anyone, please fix it. My username is Dejohnmaster. I started using 2go since 2010 n till today I'm making use of the app. If I use java phone login 2go that I will see one of my favourite room 'GoInternational' but if I use android phone it disappear. 2go why?

I must say that I really detest the constant verifications. I have now sent mails soooooppp many times to 2go to indicate that not all of us can varify via sms as we are at sea in International Waters (no phone reception) yet they then just block you - one would think that they would have found an alternate way of varification other than smsses

When buying creditz you dont get your creditz at all.This has happened several times now and is a waste of money.Loads of people are experiencing the same and still we are requested to email and thats where it stays.Such effort to get your creditz with an app that tries as hard as it can to make interacting with 2go Admin as impossible as it can be.

Buying 2go go credits from one's bank account is a tedious process. For instance, someone having a Verve debit card can't purchase 2go go credits because it's restricted, how then does such a person cope? I suggest you go back to the old and former method that is easier and more convenient. I can't buy go credits now because I use the Verve debit card and I don't even have a Visa either 🥺😔💔.

Something happened yesterday evening east african time was 6pm. All 2go users were in international room1 with more than 100 users and we all loved it. After few hours things went back to normal with 37 users. Kindly if you would allow more than 100 users in one room it would be fun and we will all appreciate. Please do something about it. ( It's international rooms) Thank you for the changes. I would like to add one more thing, when we tag people in room it shows kilometers. kindly remove it.

This app is now bad, I have used 2go for a very long time like 7 years ago and I tried to login to reconnect with my long lost friend and I knew my username and password except the number and it's asking for number to login. I changed it and still telling me that I haven't registered the number. Can't the login details be like Facebook where you either user number or username to login. Instead of only number.

For the past six months I've not been able to purchase go credits manually. And the one that requires your credit card details keeps rejecting my pin ..im tired. I'm gonna quit. Plus... The limit to the amount of go credits given or received by a user is too small, work on it! It's making many users to lose interest in the app

I like the app as helps to kill boredom, and you make new friends with so much ease. But what I hate so much about it is that there's no customers' support. Like me, many person can't verify their account, hence, can't buy gocredit. I wrote support many times, but I couldn't get help and/or response. Too bad.

This is a great app, been using it since 2013. It's a pity that it got too much users but it has no rating. The idea of excluding voice notes in groups and calls in main chat is great. No much disturbances. i also like the fact that no one can't enter your inbox without sending a request.❤❤❤❤

How can I use Googlepay to get gocredits and i was told the purchase was unsuccessful, now it becomes a huge problem to exit the unsuccessful message pop up. Everytime I click ok it pop back up. I can't even log out cause I am not given a chance to do so, I exited the app and came back to meet the same problem, uninstalled it hoping it will be rectified but no it's still same. Please what Kind of scam is this app, it is saying the purchase was unsuccessful but Googlepay confirmed the payment.

2go version 7 jar is making people's account ask for verify always, and now verify through sms is no longer available, whenever it ask, we got no choice other than contacting you to help us do it. Please help me again, I resent the account details to your email, help me verify it again, and if possible solve the problem of asking verify almost always that's happening. Thanks!

So I install this after getting a new phone and tried resetting my password both via sms and within the app but dont get the temp password... I have emailed the support team but dont even receive a reply... I have wasted quite a bit of airtime trying to reset my password but they dont care... Only reason why it has 2 stars and not 1 is because I enjoyed using this app when I was able to access it. LG Q6
