This app is the worst! There is no way for you to cancel your subscription and the contact us option doesnt work. All you get is some lady called Alexander who is constantly away from the chat and who only joins the chat to ask how she can help you with no further response or assistance! Save yourself the trouble and just WhatsApp your ex or use email!

This is a trap and customer service and user interface poor. Of course you cant trial without leaving credit card details and then they make it difficult to cancel. Read the fine print. If you miss the window to cancel then too late and too bad was their basic message even when it was obvious I never used the app. Very short sighted. We are busy single parents.

The app works decently well. The last update turned all my notifications off and won't allow them to be turned back on. This is quite important and is a critical part of using the app that needs attention. Overall quality control and testing appears to be lacking based on other comments and my experience so far.

Good design but slow loading (lag) compared to other apps.

Beware:. If you sign up for this program, watch your credit card bill carefully. They charged me twice a year for 3 years at 2 different days of the month. I cancelled my subscription this year to switch to coParenter. I checked my bill to make sure it cancelled I noticed a charge 14 days earlier, but my account was still locked like I hadn't paid. They agree that somehow I had 2 accounts on the same email address. They refunded only the most recent saying the are not capable of the rest $238

I've been using this app almost since it started and it's been amazing. I use it mainly for creating our calender and the colors make it easy to see at a glance. It has simply took away a lot of the confusion that can cause issues in this type of complicated arrangement. Highly recommended.

Selected to pay for 1 month and was charged a whole year. Attempted to contact multiple times with no luck. Errors and delays in messages going through made the app unreliable and unable to be used. Be wary, it also links it as a subscription even when the 1 month option selected.

This app is so poorly made and glitches almost daily. Half the time it won't load, or it won't update new messages without multiple shut downs and reopens. For a simple messenger/calendar app that's supposed to be used to help split families communicate I am highly disappointed. Definitely not worth the money for the subscription.

Was a good app or I would say respectable since the last update just doenst work and keeps hanging up in the middle. For such a basic service the yearly fee is a bit high. Much improvement needed if needing to retain customers. Not very user friendly. Can't delete old or useless messages and organization is quite hard.

A good basic organiser with messenger, event and calender log and money spent/sent log. $150 per year is a bit expensive for how basic as these options are free with other apps. Please add options in app for colours for the event dot as it appears on calender. Currently all events (except visitation schedule) appear as same colour dot, making it hard to direct attention to specific events or more important than normal events. Alarm notification for events would be appreciated.

The app used to be decent, and the website works really well. But they removed the ability to post journal entries on their new app interface and now the app doesn't even let me login. Also when you reach out for help it can take 2 or 3 days for them to even acknowledge it.

The "new" version stinks. Very hard to read calendar and navigate. They tell you nothing can be deleted.... YES it can, some how she deleted posts. Good thing I print every time a post is made. I recommend that anyone that has this app. Does the same.

Since the most recent update, the only thing I get is a picture of two kids in a field and a logo. Nothing to click, no menu, nothing. Zero functionality - a completely worthless app.

The app won't start it keeps on loading forever and my phone is not the issue as I have the S21 ultra... since the redesign, the app is non responsive... sometime I'm lucky and it load but right now like countless times before, it loads forever and I cannot go in... I hope that a fix is in the works because we pay for the service...

Hmm costs a lot, relying on other parent to actually load it up and use it. Typing message 7 times and it keeps kicking me out. I was I'm a DV relationship and want no contact, thought this would help avoid stalking via phone, Like QPS this app is very unreliable. But after $189.00 gotta keep using it...

Good, but the UI is dated. Would be good to add ability to add videos albums. Video chat would also be cool. I see my children 7 hours on alternate Sundays due to my ex partner spending £7k of my hard earned mortgage money on perfumes and boxing and god knows what else. So seeing my kids is diffixult.

The photo album gives you the opportunity to share or download optimal resolution photos in a closed and secured environment. Even more memories to watch without moderation.

Why would you release such a buggy "upgrade"? Please can you just roll back to the working version. It's been about 2 months and you still can't get any patches out to fix all or even any of the issues.

The app is expensive and doesn't work. There are much better apps out there for less and much easier to use such as weparent.

Pay attention that they sucker you into auto renew subscription. I wasn't aware of this and now mine got renewed and it is a waste of $120 since my co-parent has refused to try the app. I can relate to others talking about the horrible service. The app is also not that user friendly.

Since the most recent update I can't even open it. Previous version I had to restart the app every time I got a new message. Makes communication even more frustrating.

2houses appears to have a lot of the same features as Our Family Wizard, and is very user friendly, organized, and intuitive. For the parents I described above, this app would manage their schedule, expenses (and percentage of costs/payments for each), and the children's medical information.

2houses is just amazing and easior app for communication between parents and children this remove easily emotional stress between children and parents. I like this app because this is different from other apps. I m giving 5 staars.

Only after signing up does it tell you that you have to pay a subscription fee to use the app. At least have the decency to tell us before we sign up and waste our time. Oh, and you can't unsubscribe from their emails unless you subscribe to their services

2houses offers an interactive calendar with many opportunities for sharing and synchronization, which is needed by modern families. We have also set up specific features for separated parents who can, through our interface, set parental schedules and manage changes without any time clashes. Becoming organized in a simple way is no longer impossible.

I've never had any issues with it on my Google Pixel phones (2XL and 6Pro). It comes in handy when you have an ex that you don't get along with.
