The developer got back to me and suggested by completely un-install and re-install the app. I did that and the app is back to working normally. So, I have increased the rating to a more appropriate level. Thank you to the developer for being responsive.

Horrible app. Not very reliable. Extremely difficult to troubleshoot. 2N customer service always requires you to jump through many hoops to get anything resolved. Sometimes I'll answer a call and the app will just be blank. I can hear the person at the door and speak to them but can't actually let them in or end the call since the app window is blank. I've switched phones now and I can't even login, all I get as an error message is "Login Failed". Not helpful.

I've tried to get this running but the app won't work on Android. It's fails at login while trying to register the phone. I tried to reach support but got no response. I'm pretty disappointed with this product and app now. Edit: I can't find an email address for support on the website, the wiki, or when I'm logged into the service. There is also no ability to attach logs when I submit a ticket via the service. Can you provide an email address?

The app doesn't even open anymore. No one can call from the entry system either. I just uninstalled and reinstalled and since I signed up 2 years ago I have no idea my device id and there is no option if you forgot the information. Nice system when it works, and with the holidays coming and delivery companies not able to call to deliver our packages they will be left out ready to be stolen by anyone walking by. Horrible app and system.

Just awful, after installing it, paying for license and adding it to the devices the intercom will ring the intercom no longer rings the dedicated indoor tablet even after removing the device this was installed on from numbers to ring. Don't waste your time on this app, or money on license for it, pretty much don't waste your money on their hardware either

The app no longer loads up. It crashes as soon as you start the app and then the small pop up window that asks you to send feedback crashes straight away too!!! I have a 2N Helios IP Verso system and nothing has changed i have logged i to the my2n site and i can still log in directly to the Verso and no settings have changed and everything reports ok. This app has nevsr been reliabke but now we cannot use it at all or even report the problem using the app!!! Help please!!!!

The absolute worst home intercom solution. My building switched from a more common competitor. This app is arcane to set up. I used the QR code...no device recognized...I use the credentials supplied by the vendor...no device....when people call from the unit it rings my phone but not the app and my phone can't control the door...defeating the purpose. My HOA paid a lot to switch and I genuinely feel like we were absolutely rooked. Absolutely discourage your HOA from signing up for this.

Doesnt work when on public transport cancels out as server and cannot answer the intercom call. Also as an Android user of Samaung S10 note i am completely up to date but does not respond to touch screen answer call! very frustratibg leaving people at intercom w/ o access to entry.

Recently stopped working and won't provide forced alert when doorbell is rung. Looks like several others have this issue and tech is unable to correct. This is a recent issue and makes the entire system unusable.

In adition of paying alot of money for the hardware devices and their respective software licenses they transformed a former free app in a pay monthly to use a free app. I wish I could refund. The level of odacity of this company is incredible.

About 5 years ago I bought an intercom verso. It was perfectly working with 2n helios app installed on an android tablet.After I upgraded the exterior device with a card reader I had to upgrade the firmware. And from this point I had a lot of frustrations because I found out that helios app is not working and to use my intercom like before I have to pay u a monthly fee. Your company selling policy is in fact a stealing policy because you force me to give you money despite I paied already.

Updated review... It works well but nothing overwhelmingly awe inspiring to rave about. But as for the whole 2N IP Verso system, I would have to say I recommend it more for larger Enterprises or housing developments rather than small self run living communities. Our condo community has 20 units in a 100 year old building with an entirely resident run owners association. I would say this is the best fitting option of thenavailabile products from our vendor, but not the best option on the market.
