Dude this game is legit the only ateam game that I can recommend to anyone and everyone! Easy to do workouts and very upbeat. Inspirational and aspiring! Best game ever! I enjoy working out. The NPC in the game speaks clearly and is so polite. I've played games that called me a fatty just because I have no core strength. 3 minute workout is the only workout app you need.
Good so far. Easy to use, smooth, easy to commit to using it regularly
text is really small, hard to read. and chalactor is not show how to do.
With this app I have been able to stick to a workout routine for 6 months now. I love it!
It's really help when I want to workout that doesn't need too much effort :)

It really helps cause it packs so much in the 3mins. Great for people who wants to fit a work out into their busy day.
Great App! The only way it could be better would be able to set our gender, weight and height to get estimates on how many calories may have been burned during the workouts. Other than that it's functional, simple and straight forward.
Best 3 mins of my everyday routine. Instructions are easily understood but the pose is sometimes confusing to look at, overall this is a very good app.
I like the app, but I'd like to control the very easy/easy/etc. so that it stays on the same setting. The setting automatically goes back to very easy every time one opens the app.
A little primitive and i couldn't instal the hard level..but even the normal did the job..i realy felt it.. Looking forward to do it again tomorrow. X
Developer made easy exercise who make them self lazy to do exercise, I have many expectations from developer they made many aap for humans like time managment calender, planner,pomodoro, lists , goal time it's take lot effort but I think they can made it easy like this app . Nice zero app proud to your user.
Very good for ones who don't have much time with low effort. 3min is healthier already.
Although the app takes on the next exercise with adequate information on the next form, its good & effective. It's worth the drill

If you're an exercise beginner and/or new to interval training this is a great app for you. Yes, the graphics are basic at best but they get the job done. You can take baby steps - start with just 3 min of exercise and work your way up. Simple yet effective exercises and you can connect with others for moral support if you want. I'm pleased. I only exercise 3 min/day for now but at least I'm doing something for to begin developing a habit of daily exercise (no matter how brief.

Simple, yet effective. I'm using it as a warm-up for my other workouts. Maybe add some sort of calendar/challenge?

Brilliant app very easy to follow
Quick and handy. I get to do a little stretching and poses that cover the whole body. One problem. For some reason, it stopped working towards the end of my routine, and when I went back to continue it did not give me credit for what I had done, and basically I had to start all over again. but since it's a quick workout it's not a problem. I like it.
