I did the beginner level and felt like I couldn't believe how fast it increased my daily sit-up requirements. After day 7 I had to delegate to myself to divide the number of sit-ups into sets. It would be great if in the future the app was more interactive and intuitive about my progress

So if you're looking for something that isn't all crazy and confusing, but effective, this is your app. Personally I'm on the skinnier side, so I'm using it not to lose weight but to show the muscle I have and I'm already seeing my abs peak (I'm only 3 weeks in of Level 1 Intermediate). The difference is amazing and there's only ONE ad per day I use this. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE

Awsome I used to be in karate when I was 12 after that I stopped exercise completely I'm now 20 and just wanna tone up and I think this will be great first day and my muscles are burning like he'll. tip if u cant seem to do a sit up and end in a crunch put a heavy bag on ur feet to keep them grounded it helps I did 10 crunches trying to do just one sit up be for that piped in my head lol

I found that my fitness level hasn't been great on more than one occasion. However, every time, 30 day fitness challenge gives outstanding changes. The challenge (I have found and also very obviously) is best to continue for the full period of 30 days. My definite must have for an exercise rageem!

This app has so much potential. It would be better if the daily work outs had variety instead of the same 4 workouts each day. Most 30 day challenges mix it up so you can work different parts of the abs. 8 days in and I have seen some progress in that I can get more reps in before I get tired. I also wish it didn't increase by 5 each day. Smaller levels would be better especially in the 2 beginner sections.

I am on day 13 for Beginners 2. Um, are they sure this is for beginners? The situp reps are insane! I may have to break up the reps for half in the morning and half before bed. Update: Finished the 30 day challenge for Beginner 2. It showed results, but there was no variety, the reps just kept increasing dramatically and I found myself spending about 20 minutes to finish everything. On top of that, I didn't understand the "cobra" move, and I believe it was that move that gave me back pains that I am currently experiencing.

This app has the potential to be great. I've found that the beginner challenge is just the same as a pair challenge I had over ten years ago. With all the different exercises this one has available in the app, I would've thought it would be more variety. Instead, is the same 4 boring exercises (sits ups, crunches, leg raises and plank) over and over each day. The beginner class only really works the lower and upper abdominals, when a more effective workout would incorporate obliques and other areas as you progress. The instructions also could use some work. I think with either customizability (you choose the exercises and then it calculates the number you should do) or variety (change up the exercises within each program), this app can be great! Until then, 2.5 stars.

I like the app, and its neat how you can choose your level and just go. I wish you knew ahead of time which days were rest days, I'd be all geared up and ready to work, click on a day and it'd be a rest day. The ads aren't that bad, but the biggest problem is that the app kills my battery everytime I open it.

Ive only got to day 9 so far wanted something simple to tone up my belly after having my 2nd child...this app is great can already see some improvement and it only takes a few minutes each day!! Love it so much I've started the squat challenge to (which kills!!) can't wait to see my body on day 30 :)

The exercise and challenge are nice but the app itself doesn't seem up to date. Has potential to be pretty good but lacks diverse sharing ability,unique navigation and things in general that make apps more appealing. Animation would be nice

I love this. I'm not only on day 27 of Beginner Level 1 and I'm already seeing results. A quick tip. It's impossible to do 130 sit ups in one set, so break it down, and you'll be fine. I'm so glad I discovered this app. As for ads, they only pop up when you save your progress for the day. And that's it. Really easy to manage. I love it!

The number of sit ups encrease too quickly and never plateau... Beginners level 1's Day 1: 15 sit ups, 5 crunches, 5 leg raises, 10s plank - Day 30: 125 sit up, 200crunches, 65 leg raise and120s plank. I managed to finish the challenge but it was an unpleasant experience. I had to break down each exercise into several sets in order to achieve each day challenge. By the end it was taking me 30minutes. In this context it is difficult to make sure you do the exercise correctly at each movement and I started to experience back pain. I am also doing the squat challenge from the same type of app, and the progression is frustrating slow as opposed to this one. Having said that it does work, and I toned up significantly. I will continue exercising daily but I will find a more suitable app

I started this app 6 months ago! I finished all levels from beginner 1 to advanced 2 and today was my last day. I'm so happy with myself and I've definitely lost weight but more important I have so much more confidence. It's become a habit of mine to do this everyday.I don't know how I lived without it! Wish this app had a rest period built in between every exercise. Also a timer on the planks. It's annoying. Love the structure and levels of difficulty though.

Considering it's a free app. It send you notifications to push you, changes the work out each day and has levels from beginner to advance. Pretty simple, takes the dread out of working out :)

When I was in third grade I had a small six pack and a big four pack. I am now in fifth grade and I lost it and last night I ate alot and was stuffed then I remembered my friend from third grade told me when I left the school that if I came back with a six pack that he would be surprised. (Remember the part about the four pack?) I now have my four pack back and I'm only on level 10!!! Thank you so so much I'll keep working on it!

Would be 5 stars but some functions don't work. Good app, nice and simple to use. The timer for planks doesn't work though. It would be nice to not have to leave the app to use my clock for time. I haven't explored much more so I don't know if everything else works as it should.

Great app but too monotonous . O did begging level two but I wish there was more variety. Then I think the app goes into higher reps too quickly. It should increase by week or every three days not everyday

I'm on day 12 on advanced 1 I didn't do all the others because they were just to easy. This is really fun and makes you feel better about yourself every day. I am 12 and I love this app it's really easy and work well.
