It's good app with different levels of intensity.
Waste of time this app.. Nothing inside application.. No exercises app workout plan..
I tried the other apps and they ease you in. I did not expect on day 10 to be doing 50 sit ups & 65 crunches... I thought that would have been closer to day 30. But if your mind is ready for the change go for it. I love all the other apps they have. This one is intence.
Inconsistent timer, it doesn't count down all the way. It's also a bit too fast, I'm currently on beginners and it expects you to do 50 sit ups in 50 seconds. One sit up is not 1 sec...
I chose the app over another because of the countdown timer. I'm disappointed that for the plank, it neither counts down all the way nor dings at the end. I really look forward to, and need that.
The amount of spelling mistakes in this app makes it feel very unprofessional! Such an easy thing to amend but they are still on nearly every workout. Disgraceful

Not bad. But I have to keep touching the screen while doing sit ups so the app won't pause.
I am only at my 6th day but I am really happy with the app. Keeps me focused on improving my fitness and working on my abs.
Level 1 Beginner is too intense for beginners re rapid building timed exercises. You are having people do so many situps before their cores are strong enough which can cause back injury. I am 22 days in and am seeing results BUT I do each of the exercises at my own pace, to the best of my physical ability breaking the large number into sets with a 10-20 second break between. After done all exercises start program and just let it run through to log exercises. Hope this helps.
