This is good app you see results before the 30 day ends. I like it is just two glitches * When playing music the app stops the music it's annoying please resolve this. * The punch demo video is the same as the push-up demo video it's not a good look please fix it
I'm a novice but I like it so far, I am confused about the punch workout, the video displays the same as a push-up
I like this and the other apps from the same company. Doing 3 of the challenges I have lost 5 lbs in my first week. I'm a little confused as to why the video for punch shows pushups though.
It turns your music off, yet it offers no audio. Just silence. Moreover, you can't change this in the settings. Totally unacceptable

The apps are good. Day 4 and I can feel a difference. The only thing that would make them better would be the ability to move to sd card. When you download 10 different challenges to do successively, it uses up quite a bit of memory.
I have been working out with this app for a week now. My question is related to the bicep curls... I started off by doing the reps with 10 kilograms weight, but by day 7 It asked for 40 reps, which was way too much for me. So I dropped it to 8kg reps. Is it ok if I keep dropping my weights by 2kg as the app asks for more reps? Is it still effective? Today, I felt like my biceps were about to explode while I was working out. I love the feeling, but I also know that it means I'm near my limit again...
I like the app it's on point and direct with what it has to do(btw love the video and timer that you show) the app it self is amazing I'd recommend it to anyone, but how many repetitions? Because I usually do about 8 reps of 12lbs 10 times each rep, but the app doesn't specify exactly how many reps you should do. Or is there just no reps? Please tell me because I'm kinda confused on it. Everything else is on point as well as the description on how to do the exercise. Thanks and have a great day :)
Love it. Can be better without a one size fits all kind of a ramp up plan. Everyday can't be more intense. I want to be able to do day 5 for a few days before going to an increased level of intensity. Then do that level for a few days before going to the next level and so on. I think it should be called level 1, level 2 not day 1 day 2, you see what I am saying?
Using with other apps for abs and cardio. Feels good. Just wish could fix the music issue everyone seems to have
Thanks for this app. Over the past month it has pushed me to stay focused so I can reach my goal. Started at 312 down to 290 with exercise and diet modifications. Because of this app and it's reminders and my desire to make lasting health changes in bigger and stronger! Thanks!

It starts you off gently and pushes you to do a little more. I like the fact that it doesn't tell you what weights to use so you can decide based on what you are comfortable with. Overall great app!
Helps you when you are stuck mid-way and don't know what routine to follow.
The 30 days also include bicep curls. But it doesn't say as to what to start with. I mean how heavy should my dumbells be on day one and on day 30 what should I finish with
It's a small app, and it does what it said. Finished two days exercise, wait to see the effect after more exercises. May come back after finishing the whole 30 days set
Same as always for this series, good for keeping in shape, easy to use, takes little memory on your phone, all that good stuff.
Great app for beginners, like me. I found that my muscular endurance increased, however I would've liked to see more visual muscle growth.
