You can tell it wasn't originally written in English, nor was it proofed well for translation into English. There are pictures which makes it still useful, but the directions are hard to understand and you need the instructions to tell you how to properly shift your weight or move effectively.

Started the workout today ill defiantly come back and report my results when im all done.. I wish there was a timer and video image that shows u how to do the exercises cause navigating thru the pics kinda throws me off a bit lol but none the less it seems cool.. Love this. Proper leg workout, not just booty. The ONLY recommendation I would suggest would be to have a calories burned number on each day so the user knows how many calories they have burned in each session. This is opinion though as I count my calories burned with every gym session or app use like this one. It'd be 5 stars otherwise.

The best thing to do is put in some headphones, turn on your favorite, song, feel good and, and go hard with your daily exercises. It personally makes me feel amazing and very focused. It's a great way to stay fit and healthy.

I'm skinny 5'3 wear size 3 at most and i gave this a chance and ended up with a lot of stretch marks over it on my inner thighs don't recommend and now I hate my body over it gain a lot of weight wear size 11 now

All in all I enjoy this app. It's easy to follow and I like doing the exercises. Some of the descriptions are a bit vague but honestly I just look them up if I'm stumped.
