Good app you can feel it after one workout. Uses muscles you normally wouldn't

The app has videos from Howcast that shows 3 exercises: squat, hip-lift, and lunges. There is no way to add different exercises. The videos show poor form in some of them. The graphics and design of the app is quite limited. This could be a starting point for the app to develop from. It does have a day counter, that is not a calendar, but is a scrolling list.
Slow build up to more and more reps in each set of workouts. I can feel it working and my confidence has soared only 10 days in. Great app for people who can't make it to the gym or who don't like working out in front of people. The only catch is you absolutely have to be self-motivated to keep moving forward because it does get challenging
I like this work out. Good for beginners like me. There's no rest day but I just have to make a rest day for me. 😃
