I like it. I do it every morning befire I go to work. Its between 5 and 10 minutes a workout. the only thing that they should consider is that the repetition counter is very fast. I cannot follow it and do the exercice correctly. The point in strengh training is not to do many repetitions fast, but in a moderate pace. I think that the app is kind of rushing through the repetitions.

Great app for workouts, timing and breaks. I've had it for 4 days and really enjoying it so far. However, I'm unable to change the height in it and its stuck on 5ft 9 which I definitely am not! Also when I record my weight in kg, it puts a different weight in kg on the chart which is half the amount that I actually am. Fix these glitches and the app would be perfect! Rate 3.5 rather than 3

All throughout Level 1 (the first 30 days) the app works perfectly. Once you unlock Level 2 (after you complete Level 1) I had problems with the app. It would rush/skip rest times, the time will continue to count down while the actual counts of the excerices don't move or freezes, or the app freezes completely. I have never been able to complete any days on Level 2 without having a problem. I have to restart at least 3 times to complete one day. Going to delete this and find a better app!!

The workouts are great! Im not a very active person but these workouts dont leave me sore. However the app itself could use a little work. For example, when you open the statistics, you cant edit the weight or height if you made a mistake when first entering the data. Ive had this app for several months and that is the only issue i have. 4.5 out of 5

I've been using this app for a week now but everytime i turn it on my previous workouts aren't recorded...so everytime i have to start over as if it's the first time. How am i going to unlock other levels if the first one erases the workouts I've already completed. This is really frustrating..and to think how data it takes to download...it's really annoying

Best workout app ever, it has the best voice coach,it makes me feel like I'm actually under the instruction of a real life coach... My previous apps will let me skip some things when they seem hard for me, but this, this will keep going and you will be forced to continue until you re done, sometimes when you feel like u wanna quite, it urged me to continue. I love your app

I absolutely love this app. I've been using it for a few days now. I decided to incorporate ankle weights for added resistance and make it abit more challenging by doing atleast 2 reps of each exercise. And although I cannot see the difference as it's still early stages, I can definitely feel it. I'm looking forward to unlocking the next levels.

Really don't know if I will have any resold at the end of the 30 days but so far I love it.. I love the sound of with each movement and the voice it's a little Bootcamp but in the nicest way.. the exercises are easy and the time is set short like this the time flys by.. please don't change anything about the app.. and at the end the congratulations for completing the workout is my highlight! ❤️ I love it! Thanks for the app and I hope there is the same one for other parts of the body ..

I'll give this app a 2 star rating now. I love it but the voice that coaches me stopped today and keeps interrupting my workout for me to set up the voice and I've set it up atleast 6 times and still it turns off the voice that coaches me. So I had to go into settings in the app and turn it off so it wouldn't interrupt me anymore. Very disappointed because I liked the coach tips and counting. Now I have to keep looking at my phone to see how many workouts of each I have left. Please fix it.

Hi I love this app...super easy to follow and easy to fit in my crazy schedule!!!! Buuuuut......I'm unable to put my height in and screen freezes once you open the height part...so my bmi is incorrect! Also I can't add "pm" times to workout reminder , so my alarm keeps going off at 2:00 and 3:00 in the morning...not cook! Please fix these bugs...great app otherwise

So just downloaded. Haven't actually used it but already having technical issues. Wont let me change my height for starters. It won't let you enter anything at all. Also, when you try to set the daily reminder, it wont let you choose AM or PM and automatically goes to AM. But we'll see how the rest of the app works.

It's a great app but I don't like the fact that I would have made a lot of progress on the days then all of a sudden I don't see the days I have completed and always save the daily training after been done. It's really frustrating and annoying. Please if there is any remedy to this effect I really need immediately. Thanks

This app is amazing, I just completed level 1 and see a huge difference. I started working 6 days out of the week and I did 3 sets of the workout. Now that I'm on level two I increased it to four sets and workout twice a day. I definitely recommend this app for beginners. You can add resistance bands and dumbbells.

Brilliant! Definitely a workout app that can guide you trough a workout. You can start if you are a beginner. There are levels to work up to, which I think is great. There are intervals and short exercises to get you in shape from day 1. Remember to warm up your muscles and stretch before and after. Enjoy!! 😀

Sometimes the app won't open but when it does I like the workouts. They are easy to follow and the 30 second videos to show you how to do it is great. I also like getting reminder notifications. I get sidetracked a lot so the reminders help.

Could be improved. The workouts seem good, however it won't let me input my height. When you click edit it opens but the cursor won't move to change it and is set on a different height to mine. If this worked I would give it more stars.

I've been using this app for 9 days now and it's pretty good and does what it says. Unfortunately spotify doesn't work with this app but that's fine. Personally I've been using weights to make the workouts harder otherwise they're a tad too easy.

I would rate this 5/5 but there is a noticable amount of small glitches. Like in reps it goes to ten but the voice count skips 6 and 10 on the count. I do look forward to completing the 90 days total as I am making each app a routine to see which is the best for results. Besides a lack of sets, this might be close.

I love it. I'm on day 5(i also repeat day 1 each time) and can honestly say i can feel the difference already(besides the pain). My thighs are sore but i haven't worked out in a while but now i've been consistent and this app is very easy to use. Taking out only 5-10 mins to workout can't be any easier.

I cannot change my height. I am defs not 5 foot 8. The numbers are half cut off and you cant select them to change it.... The buttons to select cm or inches doesnt work. The X button to close the window doesnt work either.... I have to use my phone home button to exit. There beith a bug. As all daleks say..."Exterminate"

I've done 20 days and I'm still doing the exercises. It's a really good application it has some bug in coach voice in 8th and 13th session but otherwise it's fantastic and I recommend it to other people. I'd like to do other levels and maybe recomment again. Thank you

Some bugs need to be worked out... Good moves but my body Mass won't register correctly bc the height input is not working. When I click on add height it opens but it won't let me enter the height or press submit, the only option I can do is the back button. If you can fix this I would be happy to give a 5 star.

between lives stretching and planks I have received more than I have years with other apps used and I have noticed chewed results within a two-week. And after the month I am totally transferred Cranford and look as I did when I was in high school and I'm in the best shape my body is toned I feel great awesome and I'm in the best shape and look younger feel great I strongly suggest intertwining dance with the stretching and blank because they offer advancement after the beginner level

In the Express level, it's quite impractical, I am given 5 Seconds to switch legs, meanwhile 3 Seconds to switch positions, 😸😅😅, please do something about it, 10 Seconds is quite okay to switch positions.
