It's a good app to be fit . However the burpees are way too hard for a beginner and it has only three exercises which is very limited . I suggest to add some more exercises which are effective and a little bit easy for a beginner. Thank you

I was interested in your app, until I came across Harvard claiming that "patients who were prayed for recovered quicker than those who weren't, even if they weren't aware of the prayer." Really? I Googled it, found that the study results concluded in "Not only did prayer not help the patients, those that were told they were being prayed for experienced more complications." I hate this kind of bullshit.
