Everything is straight forward and has each section of difficulty and a small variety and very easy to function. Could use more of a variety and have the capability of customizing your own workout a bit, but if you're just going with the flow or don't know what to do, this app is fantastic! Also, the ads are annoying, but bearable being that its free haha

I do not care for the comments below. This is an amazing app. I thought I would never be able to do a push up in my life, but this has help me a lot, and I am so grateful, I am also improving my pull ups. Thank you so much for this awesome app. Today is my rest day, but still went for a jog. This app has also made me stay motivated, everyday I am ready to get home from work, to start my new challenge. One of the best apps on earth. Instructions would be better if you make front view and side view for all workouts' animations.
What I love about the exercises is that you can do it anywhere and it does not take up a lot of time.
Includes workouts for everyones skill level with detailed instructions on the movements. Adds can get annoying in the middle of a workout but doesn't get on my nerves to much. Will definitely be using this every once in a while
Too make a change, put in the effort. This app gives a good work out depending on your level. Self-motivation needed.
So far I like it. It's nothing intense at first but works up a sweat. It's not intimidating great place to start.
It's great but I wish it didn't have all the pop up ads.
When you are beginning this warkout its seems so hard, but in several minutes its ok. Its seems that you have a personal trainer at home. Love it and thanks alot. After every workout I feeling alive. Happy that it's free. Good job and thanks!
If this app could come with a built in timer, stopwatch or a countdown then I would give it 5 stars.
easy 5-10 min thing. Like how it reminds you but it said it was being worked on... Otherwise perf
After years of being fit I traveled for 4 months and fell off my fitness regimen (who knew it would be that easy to fall back) and found it hard to get back this app was a great help to get me started back..thanks alot❤
Best app ever. I love that there is a demonstration for each workout. It also tells you what muscle is being worked out.
Another brilliant app made useless due to ads popping out every 15sec during training, closing the app window and ads appearing even when the app is off. Uninstall unfortunately.
So today at 12:54 am I started with this app to loss weight so far it's a great will update later on for those who are thinking to loss off the turkey we all eat haha
I'm on the 6th day of my workout.. N I just love it... The exercises are challenging but I put a lot of effort makes it work
I love the exercises,a bit difficult but worth it..totally.. I incorporate each challenge day's exercise to get a full thirty minute workout and I'm already seeing changes..great app

Cant get the reminder feature to work.would love eating plan to be apart of the app..Love tht I have months worth of exercise at my finger tips. B-)
Please add leg workout. Warm up and cool down before and after exercise. Timed active rest. Overall its a good app nice workout.

I'm in my earlier 20's and I had my son almost a year in a half ago. I decided to lose the rest of my baby weight and become more serious about my body and getting fit. I've NEVER worked out before this app and I wanted to workout in home first because it's easier since I don't need anyone to look after my baby. Tomorrow is my fourth dau and I love it so far! Every workout routine is in detail which is great. I do each category and I admit Day 1 was challenging but I now love how I can go my own pace.❤❤
