I loved the app before the update having been through about 5 months on 3 categories but there was 1 or 2 little things that kept me from giving it 5 star, Now after the latest update came out everything has been fixed and the new visuals and easier ui is amazing. And its free! Hands down best fitness app that i have tried. 😊

Really like this app. I've been using it for about 3years now on and off. Only thing I miss is the body weight workouts. I'm currently using the ab workouts along side a diet and cardio routine and it's helping me get back to my pre pregnancy body faster. I will continue to use to help reach my fitness goals

OMG I LOVE IT AND AM ADDICTED. So at first I found the ab workouts to be too much, but then I just went down a level and everything was fine. I love how it can all be done inside because it's currently 0 degrees Fahrenheit outside and I'm not suicidal. I also love how it actually makes you sore and feel like you're making progress. It's not so easy that you feel like it's pointless, but also not so hard that you can't finish the exercises.

Love it! Finnaly got me back into working out, I love the different intensities and the way they show you how to do each exercise. The reasons it's not a 5 star from me: I wish I could do more than one challenge at once and when I look at the animations it pauses my music.

I love that there's easy to start workouts, as I'm definitely beginner status atm. :( Super simple layout, it has section for your active workouts so you don't have to scroll through the lists each time, and instructions are offered both visually and via texy!

Brilliant app, only issue I have is the cloud backup and restore doesn't always work. I purchased the ad free version a while back as it's a very good app. Unfortunately when I got a new phone and attempted to use the restore data but it keeps popping up with an error. It won't restore my progress or remember that i have paid the developer money for no adds. I don't mind starting the progress again but the adds are so annoying considering I've paid to remove them. Will update if this gets addressed. Otherwise good app.

This app is so cool! I hate exercising but having a few simple exercises to check off each day is a great idea. It's Def worth the download! You can pick from different levels from beginner to advance and the reps increase each day. The exercises change as well and you have to select that you did the exercises before moving in to the next day

30 Day Fitness Challenge is an incredibly useful app for someone is interested in improving his/her physical fitness but does not have access to trainer/coach. Although it is obviously not a replacement for a coach, it still provides highly useful guidance and workout plans for different levels of users (beginner/intermediate/intense). Best of all, the workouts described here, do not require any equipment; they're all based on using your own body weight. And, all this for free! Hats off and a big thank you to the creators!

I've used it on and off for a while now. You have now removed the workouts I was in the middle of doing. The older version and the included workouts were both better. The 'challenges' overemphasize one particular workout type or muscle group to the detriment of providing a balanced workout that people will want to do each day. Seriously, who cares about just pushups or just plank? I guess it's just me.

This app is very good for people who just want to get started on their workouts. Only problem i have with it is it's frequent crashes and when looking the tutorial to see a particular work out. The app pauses your music even though​ the app does not make noise. Other then those two problems it a great little work out

This is a really great app for all skill levels. I do question lunge jumps being in the beginner category on day 2 as they are definitely not a beginner exercise and could cause someone who is not ready for such a high impact exercise to hurt themselves but otherwise excellent app.

I love this app, it is perfect for me. The different intensities is great, especially if you've been of the wagon for a bit. It is nice that you can do the exercises in comfort of your own home without getting worried someone's watching you. (I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets a bit self conscious sometimes). I also love the 2 types instructions, such a brilliant idea. We recommend this app!!! Love it!!!

I go back to this app every now and then to kickstart my workouts. I love the clear progression and steady inclining intensity, which really helps when I fall off the wagon and need a jump-start. Also, great job on the update! I love the added exercises and voiced timer.
