Pretty good! I ended up paying for pro because I had some money from the google rewards thing - I wish there was a way to customize the reminders (like arms on monday, legs on tuesday, etc) instead of just remind me on certain days of the week. I also wish there was a way to create our own workout plan using some of the instructions already in the app - although I do like the variety in the existing plans.

Great app with various workout plans at different levels. I use it in the mornings before work and have been working on my abs. Also like that it's basic exercises that only require a little space to move around in and not a bunch of workout equipment I don't have (or the space for). Pro version is worth it for being adfree. App syncs to Google Fit 👍

Wonderful Training App. I tried the free version of this app before, and lost 9 pounds in a month. The paid version is even better! It a personal trainer in your pocket. The workouts are quick and efficient. Voice guided workouts also means hands free use. And I set daily reminders that hold me accountable. Try it! You won't regret it!

This app is almost perfect for me. Some of the exercises get repetitive, and my knees can't take all the freakin' lunges some days call for (so I hold a static lunge instead) but overall, I've stuck to it and I can see the results. Yay!

This app doesn't always sync up with Google Fit properly. Mainly, if I enter my weight in this app, GF doesn't update my weight. But that is the only problem I have encountered. The workouts require no equipment. And they match the desired skill level.

From the first day to the fifteenth and back to the first day again, this app is really friendly and is always waiting for you to get back to your work out routine because some days I just can't exercise. I feel the exercises scale up fairly day to day. I feel great afterwards. And if I miss a week it's easy to start all over again.

I have been using this app for a good while now and am on the full body medium plan day 22. I have completed the easy plan. It guides you through, gives a rest day every 5 days and can sync to Google fit. I prefer to use it along with my Fitbit. Very well worth it for those that like me need a bit of guidence. I do add weights when doing squats and lunges now.

Look! this application is one of the best app i have ever used. it provides you with the best possible combination from; 1.Easy which is beginning level for 60 days then 2.intermediate for 60 days and lastly 3.Advanced for 60 days as well. i have just finished the first 60 days and i feel great. i have lost 15.6kgs from 120 on 5.02.19 until last 02.04.19. i only weigh myself after two weeks. The most important thing is your discipline before using this wonderful application. GOOD LUCK

Unfortunately even though this is the paid version of the app it was not updated since 2018 while the free and add sponsored version was last updated in 2020. A pity really but I assume the developer figured that add revenue (and additional subscription to the fitness plans) yields higher returns.

I need a refund. The free version gets updated and the paid version doesn't? ain't that a scam?! The free version looks so perfect. DO NOT PURCHASE THE APP. USE THE FREE VERSION. Was a great app but the developer has ignored it for their subscription based app. Linking to Google fit, google blocks it saying the app tried to steal sensitive data.

I've been a user of this app for quite sometime and overall I think it is good, I like the workouts and how they are categorized per groups and intensity, however, design is dated, I started working out with my wife again and she downloaded the app on her iOS device, I was surprised to see the new UI, then I noticed the android free app matches the iOS, why not update the Pro app with the new UI??
