The app is no longer supported. No database or support. There "website" is basically a whole bunch of adds for other things. Don't even care that I payed for it years ago just want to stop others from spending money on an app they won't get a refund for because it doesn't operate as it should
I updated my phone and now this app wont log me in!!!! It just hangs trying to sign in. Tried to open a new account with a different email and still doesnt work!!!
I paid for this device was on bed rest couldn't use it finally cleared to use it my tablet had to be factory rested and after that I have not been able to use this on any device which is ridiculous because this app want cheap let alone I had paid for the extra package
I bought the app a while ago and was fine. But now after I change my phone, i can't log in so it's unusable, I paid for this app so I am expecting to be able to use it.
Can't log in. No support from the developer. ******3-3-2019 update ****** Heard back from the new company and long story short they are not supporting this app any more and will not support it in the future. DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!!!! ******2-13-2019 update******* I did some research and found out the company was recently bought by another company. I reached out to them and got a reply that they would look into it! hopefully we we get an answer soon if it will be updated everyone!
I used to love this app. I used it all the time. Now it won't open, says the app hasn't been set up yet, and customer service will not respond to emails.

I installed this app and was unable to create a profile or log in. Just kept getting infinity symbol rotating. That is not the reason for one star. One star is for the customer service. When I requested help all I got was a very arrogant response, basically saying why should I help you. Run from this app as fast as you can!
I don't like to go to the gym & I will work out at home but I need variety. This app has variety & so many challenges you will not ever be bored. I combine different ones to make it even more interesting. 30 Day Challenge is the only app I use regularly & recommend to clients! Just wish they had back workouts so I wouldn't need a separate app.
I didn't mind paying the extra money for a bit more content since it had already been so long since I originally purchased the app. However, in the app it says the cost is 1.20 and when you actually buy it, the cost is 1.44. That is either laziness when it comes to updating the app assets or deceptive advertising. Either way, not cool.
This is a great app to remind me to do my challenge and I like the count down timer. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because it would just be great to add challenges to a "wishlist" or as a "bookmark." Otherwise it's kind of annoying to get alerted on challenges I don't want to do yet (I know I can turn off the alerts, but a bookmark would be better).
My review isnt about the app (I'll do that after 2 weeks). It's about how you handle some of your negative reviews. If someone feel it's worth 1 or 2 stars (say for instance they're having problem with the app that could be easily solved) you can explain to them how to solve it, without being so rude about their rating. Even if you did help solve their problem, by you commenting on their "poor unnecessary rating" so rudely, that's not going to make them want to change it.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!I have been trying to login but I keep getting stuck on the loading screen. I've tried turning my phone off, uninstalling and re-installing the app, and tried to sign up using a different email but still can't access it. I have contacted the app developers and I have not received any form of response and it's been nearly a month now
I used to use this app all the time and then it got stuck. Uninstalled it and reinstalled wouldn't let me log on. Sent an email seeking assistance and havent received a response. It's quite a shame seeing as it is really a great app when it works
Love this app! Love the UI. Definitely worth the few $$ to get this app. Definitely has lots of options. These 30 day challenges make working out fun. With the calendar and notifications, this app keeps me accountable and motivate me to keep going. And, has great instructional videos that show you how to do the moves! I WOULD LOVE TO SEE A LOVE HANDLE 30 DAY CHALLENGE, with like...Russian Twists and such in it! Thank you!
I used to like using this app but like lots of other people have said recently, it doesn't let you login or create a new account. The infinity symbol just spins forever. It's disappointing that I can't use something I paid for and I did like using this app.
I love all the different programs plus the reminder option. And the videos are great for beginners like me who have no idea what half the move are. However, my version is fully updated, but the in-app timer doesn't want to work for me.
I had used the app in the past, with an older phone. I tried the other day to load up the app again; and I am in the same situation as most of the other comments in recent months. Trapped at the login / account creation. It won't allow me to get past that page and the developers do not seem to reply to email in any manner of normal response time. I am a little sad that I had paid money and will no longer be able to even see what has loaded in the background in the past. If it were possible to get a refund, that would be nice. Although it didn't cost that much; it is a shame the developers have abandoned it.
Love everything about it! The only thing I would change is I'm not loving how the new update makes it harder to see what your month is going to look like- now you have to click every day individually. But other than that, LOVE the built in timer, videos new challenges, descriptions. Love to be able to check off days and see the progress I've made and how much longer I have to go. IN LOVE LOVE LOVE! Never worked out before these Challenges (except for routine dance class). Brilliant!
*UPDATE* Apparently, in summer 2017, the developers shut down the app due to no longer being able to afford to host the app server...** I hadn't used the app in a long time and wanted to start using it again. I switched to the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 phone and can no longer log in. The infinity symbol on the login screen just keeps going. Could you please do an update for my device and then I will change my rating? I also paid money for this app a few years ago...
