It is helpful. But the leg lunges exercise is not really good for flexibility. If you do a leg lunge hold stretch, it's more effective. But if you know what you're doing, this is helpful to guide you into a routine and modify the stretches as you go. No one is going to do a split in the beginning so a modified split stretch is best.
I download this because im not flexible. Asking me to do things at the start tht i cant is too much
This app is terrible. Not good for beginners, and it doesn't target all the areas it needs to. You can't just go straight into a split; you need to warm up first. Try it if you want to hurt yourself.
Its great ... I used to live in london and was a full time professional gymnast but 4 years ago i left and moved somewhere else... I was u able to find a good enough place to train, so as the years went on i lost my flexibility and couldn't do the splits or flips i used to be able to do. This app really helped me to thank you x
It is a good app but it need some minor changes in exercise .. the user interface can be more better .. and the most important is that it is offline so it help manyy..
I'm already flexible but all this app was was leg lunges and bridges with is not helpful at all
This app has too many adds. I hate apps like that.
I want to work in my flexibility at a beginner level and if you aren't already a novice you can't do it. I want to work up to a split, I can't start there. Highly disappointed.

The ads make it cut out and it stops working. This only happened when I got to day 4 and won't go past it due to this issue. I wouldn't bother downloading.
When the timer starts ads pop up and it cancels the timer and therws no way to restart it... you have to start from the beginning and hope another ad doesn't come up
It's not for beginners and has way too many ads. It's not even worth downloading. Find a better app in the app store.
Not for beginners, the second thing they wanted me to do was splits
Only has bridge, side lunge, and side splits! It doesn't explain what these are supposed to do!
