Very bad. Same exercise always. With more difficulty, it's just more repetitions.
Stupid app. Just increasing the repetitions every day for just three exercises for thirty days.

Great for helping me get training my legs again after injury. The expert level is definitely a challenge when you start getting to 70 rep + range but throughout enjoying it helping me get my legs fit and working again. You did a great job guys
On day 5 I saw amazing results right now I'm on day 9 and I feel happier than I normally do. I feel more comfortable with my body. I may be only 11 but this app is amazing!

It's funny how it's an exercise app and I got an ad for Olive Garden! Honestly though, it's a pretty good app!

I tried this app for 2 months. Initially i was thinking of unisntalling however i decided to stick with the 30 day challenge. Even though its repetitive and gets boring pretty easy. The results i obtained in 1 month alone sticking through all the excersices are amazing. I dont intend to write a long review but after the second month i hit a wall. the excersices need some improvement. but this is a great starter app for those people who want to get started and see results fast.
