30 Day Plank Challenge

Take Plank Challenge for 30 days straight (including weekends and holidays).
The plank (also called a front hold, hover, or abdominal bridge) is an isometric core strength exercise that involves maintaining a difficult position for extended periods of time. The most common plank is the front plank which is held in a push-up position with the body's weight borne on forearms, elbows, and toes.

The plank strengthens the abdominals, back, and shoulders. Muscles involved in the front plank include:

Primary muscles: erector spinae, rectus abdominis (abs), and transverse abdominus.[citation needed]

Secondary muscles (synergists/segmental stabilizers): trapezius (traps), rhomboids, rotator cuff, the anterior, medial, and posterior deltoid muscles (delts), pectorals (pecs), serratus anterior, gluteus maximus (glutes), quadriceps.

The timer is great, but there isn't any information on how you advance up the timings, I am on day 5 on most plank challenges day 6 is a rest day, but on this app its doesn't tell you, more information on the next 5 days timings would be good so you know what you are aiming for

Ad popped up in front of timer, could not finish first workout using app! I knew it had ads, but you actually cannot use it because of the ads! There is no place in the app to upgrade to pro version that I can find.

Seriously, the first time I opened the app an ad shows up before I can do anything! Is that the proper way you introduce your app to the public? Have them watch an ad first before they can use and fully appreciate it? I didn't even get the chance to actually try the app because every time I open it, I get an ad.
