About the teacher:

Michelle Joyce, M.S., is a certified Posturist and Ergonomist, with a rich background in helping people to achieve good health. She was a professional dancer for 15 years, but her terrible back pain began to interfere with her career. After trying every imaginable remedy, she finally discovered Posture Therapy and has since devoted herself to spreading the word about the health benefits of good posture.

She is particularly passionate about teaching children healthy posture habits, and believes that early intervention will prevent pain, increase their ability to learn and pay attention, give them confidence, and help them to succeed in life. She is also the author of the children’s book "Posture Posey and the Slumpyback Goblins", and has recently released a book for adults called "Posture Makeover: The Secret to Looking Great, Feeling Confident and Living Pain Free". She currently runs a private practice in Eugene, Oregon, dedicated to giving posture makeovers to people of all ages.

The advice given in the app seems solid & good. But the design of the app lacks terribly. It seems to just be 30 lesson videos, and not truly a 30-day plan as suggested by the app's name. In fact, the videos aren't even embedded in the app, but rather linked via the internet, and the quality of the videos seems to suffer greatly from this fact. Very poor quality videos. After having purchased this app, I feel that the price of this app is four times what it should be. Her book seems great though

the videos and photo guides are great, but this is really missing the KEY element of any 30 day challenge. there is no ability to mark off what day you're on/have completed to see your streak of progress. add this and and option for a push reminder to keep your streak going and this would be a 5 for me

The content is good. I am into Day 4. However, the videos tend to "hang" occasionally. For the Guides section, it will be great to sort according to the Days. This is just a suggestion. Finally, please remove the "Pause" button while the video is playing. It is blocking the content. Or you can put the "Pause" button somewhere else. Fix the hanging issues and the "Pause" button. Then I will rate it 5 stars if there are no other issues!

A must have app for just about everybody in today's society given all of this constant looking down at these gadgets and day-to-day distractions. As a massage therapist I totally see the need for ALL of us to start considering and paying more attention to postural work and postural correction and here we have this knowledgeable woman demonstrating how to take real action steps in order to address it. Glad I stumbled across this on YouTube recently THANK YOU Michelle GREAT job!

Michelle Joyce is a good motivator; she has a pleasant demeanor; the exercises are doable. I'm only on my 6th day but I think I already feel improvements. The exercises are just about right, not too pushy, not too tiring. Overall, she is such a real coach.
