Easy to use app. It was great to have a calendar to mark off the days as I did them. Also appreciated being able to see days remaining, and the note of Congratulations after every workout. I saw reviews prior to use complaining about having to pay for the video, which is understandable as the app is free however, If you really need the visuals, Google it. I started to see a significant change in my body after the first 8 to 10 days..

It moved too fast. The beginner Day 1 started at 30 squats, day 2 was 50 and day 3 was 75. It didn't break them up for you either. Just said "do 50 easy squats". I need to be coached along a little better than that and to go slower as well.
