it's a fun app especially if you have never done squats before it will teach you the rite way I have done the squat challenge before but with this app it teaches you a lot of different ways to do them and it works

I would rate this app higher except I find the pace of the squats to be too fast. Developer, could you either slow it down or add a user option to adjust the pace of the squats. To be most effective squats should be done with slower, controlled motion. Thank you

My only complaint is the workout reminder. Or lack there of. It has one and I set it and about a quarter of the time it notifies me. I got the app to remind me when I'm busy, so it's not really helping.
