This app is just perfect for someone who wants to be healthy and fit. I have installed many apps and deleted them immediately after having a glance at it because they were not worth wasting time on. But this app was beyond my expectations and it is really easy thing to use along with healthy diet recipes and footcounter etc. I loved this app and it is really helpful in maintaing and shaping one. Absolutely perfect thing. It's worth using. 👍

i love how the app gives limited time to rest and doesn't have the 'tap for next exercise' button. it helps me to not procrastinate as i have to catch up. for improvement, can we get an update where we can customize our own training plan by selecting certain exercises from the app? and also, the "no jumping mode" to replace the exercises which require jumping? a big thanks in advance and keep it up!

My first day with the app and so far I'm loving it. The work outs that I'm doing are short enough that my weak body can handle them without crashing mid way. Edited: I'm currently on my 17th day with the app and have been motivated by the program. I haven't missed a workout yet due to there short length. I can always fit it in somewhere in my day. I constantly feel improvements. "I can do that plank for 30 seconds compared to barely being able to to 15 when I started"

It's a good app because there is more than one area you can choose to focus on however the timer is much faster than usual exercising apps.. and you might feel pressured to rush and do the exercises incorrectly in order to keep up with the amount of exercises you'd need to do in a specific amount if time!

I would have given it 5 stars except I believe it can be further improved. For example, it would be useful to edit plans. Also, the pedometer does not work. I also haven't found a way to sync the workout to Google fit. I like this app, overall.

The workout plans are good but only slack is the timer. It's freaking fast during the workout and the interval I had to pause a lot to read first what's the next step or to finish my own steps. If not, I couldn't even catch my breath it was like a fast forward exercises

Everytime I use this app I see results, not immediately but it's very evident over time, it's great for all types of people especially when you are a beginner, there are 4 minute workouts that are extremely effective, I would highly recommend this app

workouts are quick and fast, which is great when you don't have tons of time to devote to workouts. No equipment (bands, weights, etc) required which is a huge plus for me. I've only been using app to workout for 3 days now and I already feel/see the difference in my body and muscles. love it!

I love the amount of choices, the short times, and the mini water breaks in between. There are choices of 2 min commercial break excercises, and Netflix and chill excercises. Routines for morning, afternoon or night. All of it is a nice touch for my busy life.

my 3rd day using the app and I absolutely love it. Love the background music and the variety of exercises.... P. S It doesn't sync with Google Fit, it would be amazing if it does so that I don't have to do extra exercises to complete my heart and walk points on Google Fit. thank you.

It's an amazing app. Worked for me. I'm using it for years now and it gives result every single time. No problem with the app. I've tried other apps too but they were not satisfactory ,this fits me perfectly. The difference is visible in 15-30days.

I came across this app by chance and downloaded thinking i will delete it in next 5 mins.. But surprisingly i got addicted to this app within minutes of usage. The workouts are designed and presented amazingly. For beginners like me its the best i could have found. Keep it up. What is worth is that unlike other apps not everything requires us to take a membership.. Thank you guys.

This is a great app. I have been using the morning exercise on a daily basis to start my day, and eveving stretch before bed. Thank you for this awesome app which helps me start and end my day during Covid. It only takes 5 to 6 mins so NO EXCUSE :). The App gives you the option to increase the work out duration so you can work out as long as you want. I need to use other short routines through out the day when I am in meetings with my camera off :)

Great app! Lots of movement variation depends on what you need, or like (core, leg, arms, etc). Also, no need to be connected to wifi for full access.

This app is a great motivator. It tells me when it's time for my daily routine and doesn't just let me swipe and forget it. The reminder stays until I actually complete the workout its really helpful.

Easy to use, straight forward illustrations. They should add an increase in intensity after the first 30 days and an option to record the workout statistics again if you repeat it the same day.

I am loving this app. The only thing that stopped me from giving it a 5 star is the fact that I cannot use my watch to count my steps. I cannot seem to sync it with my samsung health app either which means I have to be carrying my phone for the apps step counter to work. Hopefully sooner than later they can make is sync with Samsung health since I am an android girl.

Its a very nice app with nicely organized workouts and this has separate plans for different problem areas. But It would be better it they include different breathing techniques when to exhale and inhale.

Many people find it difficult to set a specific time to work out. This app only has you exercise for 5-8 min, so you can find time whenever its convenient for you. And you actually see results! I have told many people about this because I really like it!

I'm trying to download videos. but its stucked in one position and not getting downloaded. my network is absolutely fine. to check the speed i immediately downloaded a large size hd video. but only your app is giving all this problems.

I am so pissed. I was doing one of the exercises and I was half way through it, with 270 minutes when I paused it. When I resumed, it added up the second half but not the first half. I would have had 348 minutes. The calories don't add up right. I was doing the 7 day all the way. One other time I had 350 minutes and it came out to 3224 calories. You shouldn't take away someone's minutes and calorie count, just because you pause it. I have never been so upset.

Everyone can find 5-6 minutes to each day to reward themselves with fitness. That's all it takes. This app starts you off slow and builds your strength up every day. I feel incredible after each work out. Some days I even double-up. Small floor space, a mat or thick towel, and water. That's all you need.
