The exercises are ok but the amount of time doesn't go with the number of reps at all. I can finish them before the timer is finished and so I just continue but it's just overly exhausting. I don't even let my clients do these for more than 30-45 seconds, 1 minute tops! 2min 20sec is too long and it gets boring after a while. I like HIIT workouts, effective exercises, less time.

let's put it this way ouch it works. like that its got music that goes with the workouts aswell although not my style of music but better than nothing. I've lost weight already and only been doing it a week and already my muscle memory is coming. can also choose intensity of exercises and it asks you how you feel at the end weather it was too easy or hard. I find mine just right so I think this app is ace. oh and it's got a drink water reminder and tracker too

It was awesome because it showed me how to do the exercises and time me. I didn't need to count if I followed the avatar lady. I love how it give rest in between of 23secs. I don't like that it plays ads/video for the rest period but I can live with that. Great App!

Well I just started today and I enjoyed it even though it wasn't easy but am determined to keep up with it. The app is super good but just that I set the reminder for 6am yet the reminder wakes up when I wake up(it doesn't ring to wake me up until I wake up and press my phone then the remind pops up) it's cool. You all should try it.

Thanks for making an honest app who does what it claims to do as long as you stick with it. Its fast, easy and simple to understand with video examples of each exercise. Thank you so much. It's a good app to keep you motivated to do it but seems that you have way to much time for tr exercises (I just did more until my time ran out) Massive con - all the ads constantly during different activities and you have to move from your exercise position to be able to come out of the ad leaving you with 3 seconds to get back to position.

I've actually had this app on my phone for like 6 months an never used it. And I've recently started using it an I absolutely love it!! My 10 yr old daughter has started doing the work out with me everyday if tells you how simple it is but it also has great results!!

Cons: The clock ticking noise over rides everything and you can't turn it off. If you have music playing it cuts it off at each screen. Its incredibly annoying. Pro: Can build your own exercise plans and set the reps.

I used to really love this app but the more I think about it, it's not motivational as much as it is trying to manipulate and change me in different ways. It's time to delete this app and move to a better one. Too many bugs never can seem to get away from them

Not a bad app, overall. Level 1 is Barry basic and repetitive. The ANNOYING part is the random message updates. I get 5-6 a day and they are repetitive as well.
