To begin using the 303 Taxi Cab app today:
* Download the free app
* Create a free account (Email, Name, Phone # and Password)
* Validate your account
* Enter your pickup address
* Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
* Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location.
The 303 Taxi Cab app retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30 days) for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favorite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.
You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.

Absolute garbage. Crashes on start up. Used to be able to book cabs with just a phone number on previous versions. Now you have to set up an email/password to log in. But you can't log in because it crashes
Something is messed up will not let me book. Keeps crashing and then asks me to update to current version of app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. It still acts the same
Orders a taxi and then cancels when you lock the phone. Happened a few times. Unusable.
Awful it says I cant book a cab or anything until I install updated version of app, there is no updated version! I just downloaded this for the first time yesterday!!!

Horrible app. Can't enter my address in. How can I order a cab if the app for ordering a cab can't accept your address? Calling them on the phone is even worse. So rude. They act like it's a huge imposition to take a reservation. Then the cab is late. Isn't the point of their business, uh, taking reservations for cans?
Address search doesn't work
Horrible service i called 3 hours in advance for a taxi 5:00 pick up they came 23 minutes late made me miss my train.never again
This app totally doesn't work. Why can you just enter your address.. You need to take this app down and have a real programmer design it.

App stinks, registration fails, can't type text
It's the only way to order since they stopped answering the phones. The most recent update that I received Fri Oct 26 broke it completely. It crashes on launch. So does the Norshore Cab app, though I can sometimes get past the initial login on it, I can't order. They have a history of breaking their own software. It seemed to be improving over a prior version but their dedication to keeping people from talking to a human being in case of trouble is painful . It also frequently asks me to "confirm my ride" one minute after the cab is due to arrive; If I've waited 5-10 minutes, why would I cancel then?
