I have used this before without ant problems. You must have changed it because it is difficult to navigate. I finally just gave up.

When you make a request, all they do is give you the brush-off and close the request. It is very sad that Hamilton citizens are treated this way.

Will not take request
A great way for the community to communicate! I would have given 5 stars but I feel the app could be improved. It would be nice to have filter options when going through requests. If filters were added, it could prevent multiple requests regarding the same subject.
