We recommend creating an account so you can access your past 311 submissions and check the status of pending requests. You can use the app without an account but you will not be able to access past submissions nor check the status of a submission.
PHOTO TIPS
If you have enabled geolocation services, location information will be sent with photos which have been taken when submitting 311 requests. If you have not enabled geolocation services, you will need to provide the address and cross street of the incident.
We request that you take photos with as much of the surrounding area as possible so that our teams can easily identify the location. You may submit multiple photos. Please do not attempt to take photos while driving.
This app is free from the City of Riverside but your carrier may charge standards rates for use of data.

I have not been able to get the app to work. It tells me I'm not logged in when I already am. It tells me to log out, log in - but in that process it deletes the request and photos you were working on. Even if you log back in and create everything again, it tells you to log out and log back in and deletes everything again.Very frustrating.
When I try to submit a photo with this app, it tells me that the location of the photos are outside the City of Riverside. However, the location tags on my photos clearly state addresses that are within the city limits. That makes using this app a pain in the ass.
This app is very easy to report graffiti. I don't have an account, I just log in "without an account". Tracks my request based on the email I provide. Faster to report then calling 311. I did have to "make new request" and click "home" a few times to get it to work correctly.
App.incorrectly identifies certain locations, requests for a repeat piece of property are denied, some jobs listed as completed are not,& on & on. 12-6-21:Update, uninstalled the app. Waited. Down loaded again. D@mn thing doesn't do a thing. Clearly Riverside's tax dollars going to the most intelligent of planners & dem donors...
Someone in the dev team seriously dropped the ball on graffiti removal reporting. Photos require a level of geocoding to get accepted for submission, that basically, it places the user standing in front of the graffiti, taking a picture, which is sketchy to say the least. Someone didn't grow up in the hood.
Great when it works. Unfortunately, I also get the logout error. I sent an email to the riverside email listed on the store page but the technicians only answer was to try logging out.
I really like the idea of this app to access city services, however, the app now CRASHES on all devices i have installed it on. Unusable.
Nice way to get the bill paid, but other requests like; off road vehicles racing down the street everyday or illegal fireworks being used or power outages go unanswered. When checked later they show closed.
It asked me to create login and password which I did, but when I go to do all this nothing happens I'm still in the same screen.
System is good, however, some City employees would rather punt than do the work necessary to fix a problem

I submitted potholes in front of my house on a Saturday, Riverside fixed them that next Monday. App worked well and as expected.

App is so broken I tried reporting graffiti but the app says my picture isn't from inside the city of riverside when is clearly is. I have changed the data on the photo to be numerous addresses inside riverside and it always says it's not from riverside and rejects my request. I finally had to call them to get it removed and when I explained the problem to the nitwit she told me the app is perfect and the problem is with my photo data, it's not, and that I need to have wifi on, IT IS.
