It's another typical non-functional automated form designed by bureaucrats without taking into account the real world needs of the user. I tried to report an abandoned vehicle on the side of the road by a vacant lot and the app only takes complete addresses that have a property folio number with Miami Dade County. No field to enter intersections or other locations that do not fit a specific address. On the section to describe damage the Other (Specify) field does not allow text to be written.

Excellent! I reported a dead animal and they arrived within 2hours. There are alot of services in this app.

This is useless because it only allows reporting of a menu of issues, which is grossly inadequate.

The Personrel that works for City of Miami Dont care and dont use this app. i have palced over 4 legi complaints of city code violations and they can never find issue. sent pics info never got back spoke to Person in charge of Flagami they never did nothong. They should delete app and fire all they dont do thier job. Shame on You City of Miami No wonder we are like a Banana Republic with corrupt govt officials. Dont do Nothing but take our Taxes for what?

I needed it at the time to get information about some of the programs that was here in the mind of the big county area but it did not help me

I've submitted request for pickup and it was once visible in the system and then disappears. Only reason I checked was I received a warning in my mailbox (NOTE: NOT MAIL) about my lawn trimmings. So now I'm updated and resubmitted, we'll now wait and see if it works this time. App currently sucks as is.

Nice concept. But unfortunately the people who received the request are completely neglecting. Close cases without previous check. Wasted of time. Reported a littering and still growing. What else can I say?

The app itself it's not that bad, but the people receiving the "service requests" do everything in their hands NOT to help or provide good service. They simply close tickets without any basic investigation of the issue reported. What can I say, it's run by the government...

App crashes everytime when pressing "Done" on the screen where the location where the report is taking place. Fix it the app please.

- Multiple-choice questions use an unusual scrolling mechanism for selection. - There are questions which can be answered by selecting 'options (specify)' but there's no designated place to specify. - If you're not careful and press the submit button there's no confirmation so the partial issue gets submitted. However, the app DOES function, so I'm going to give it a 'C-minus'

Even with location on still defaults to 111 building. You have to manually enter address and then when they send the confirmation email there's some other no related address and the complaint is closed. USELESS. Developer should be ashamed of themselves.
