Effective, clear and accurate. To the degree that it is possible the drivers operate the schedule very well. Tip: Don't trust your watch for minute by minute accuracy. Bus routes operate controlled by the dispatchers central office clock. Expect that your watch and their clock are different. Arrive at the bus stop 10 minutes earlier than the schedule. ALWAYS CARRY CORRECT FARE In CASH if you don't use their pass system. Driver's NEVER carry change and may refuse ridership without fare.
Route 4's drivers not having their trackers turned on more than half the time, especially in the evenings. I board at a poorly designed stop that hides seated patrons until the bus pulls up alongside, and I've been snuck up on and blown by twice because of it. With the tracker on, I'll know when to stand up to be spotted by the drivers. I've seen an icon disappear after #4 pulled into the Transit Center's backyard before heading eastbound. Get those drivers to stop being sneaky!
Never in time very unreliable. Can't get a job far away from where I live because the bus is again very unreliable. But most of the drivers are nice.
The plan a trip feature doesn't work like it's supposed to. It'll say there's not gonna be any more busses running that day, yet busses are still running. It says there will still be busses running at a certain time, there's no busses running. I'm getting mixed signals, here.
Most of the drivers are quite helpful. As a stroke Veteran and a Stroke survivor with residual memory deficits I cannot tell you the frustration that is my day to day life.
Your app is garbage, your website is garbage. 10 years later and the entire SCAT service is still total trash. update*** App has all the times mixed up making this app completely useless.
This app has helped me to learn the bus lines and to not be afraid because it has step by step maps.
I am older and wiser and I was shaking in my boots that are made for walking when I started riding the bus as needed. Starting when I moved into Hickory Pointe almost 1 1/2 yrs ago. Now I am so very very greatful to all the good kind people who make this entity in Brevard shine. Truly are here for us all!!!! Kudos my friends..:)
The app is decent but the drivers still suck at doing their job.
It won't give me the times of the stops only the locations
The bus drivers are pretty nice with helping me.
itsthe waiting the bus only goes one way than you have to sit outside in the elements. to wait for the bus. ride your bus is not a good experience. I can walk there faster than the bus can get me to where I'm going.

This app sucks
There seems to be a bug in the "plan by arrival" and "plan by departure" options as they are reversed. Also it's the same as the website and still uses the crappy Google Maps trip planner, so no advantage over just accessing the website.
When I open app. It showes me the full site but has mobile site at bottom of page. Tried to uninstall and reinstall but to no avail.
Basically a wrapper for the already frustrating mobile site, with bonus headaches, not least of which is that you can pan the map any direction except down (it wants to refresh the page).
Doesn't Work. Doesn't find a stop near me. Impossible to zoom in on my location. Makes their paper map - which is awful - seem pretty good. We have up and got an uber. Should have done that straight away.

This app is a good first step! It assists with the issue of bus drivers seeming to come and go whenever they please regardless of scheduling. There are other things that contribute to to the atrocious bus system in Brevard. Clusters of stops, then no stops anywhere nearby, forcing riders to walk a long distance to reach a stop (often w/o sidewalk). Stops exposed to all weather, wait time between bus routes can be 20+ min. Bad weekend and night hours, when people still need to get to/from work.
