3340 Weather

This has been a wonderful app but recently I am unable to access the blog from the app. This is really disappointing.

It worked great for about 3 years but now (May 2021) the widget doesn't work. It stopped updating about a week ago. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice but it doesn't seem to help. I'm reinstalling for the 3rd time right now.🤞 Please update with a fix for the non-working widget. I really liked the ease of the widget to stay updated on the weather.

Worked beautifully for over 2 years on my tablet. Don't know what happened, but now it either won't load at all or crashes regularly. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Loved it when it worked, but very unhappy now. I want it back so PLEASE fix. Works fine on my phone, but not on my tablet, which I use more often.

The sound is not coming in when an event is happening. There will be a notification on the drop-down screen but no sound or anything coming through to alert you that something is going on. Only seen it when looked at my phone. I do have the settings set so it will make a noise in an event of these things happening

Simply put, it's inaccurate! Too many times it's rained pretty hard, or even stormed, and the predicted forecast was not even close. That's not really a problem. However, it's NEVER updated. Perfect example, on yesterday dark clouds came about. There were several rounds of thunder, lightning strikes, and HAIL. The forecast continued to show sunshine with no rain, even after the storm. Nahhh...

This app has always been a life saver when it comes to the weather. Ever since the last update (I guess) the app hadn't been operating properly. The map won't play the forecast and I can't even click on the daily or weekly forecast. Please fix it. Not having tv I rely on the app.

2 stars is plenty. Crashes every once and a while. Some times nothing loads and I cant see the upcoming forecast for days ahead. Other than that the radar is pretty good and accurate and the forecasts. I like the app and everything it comes with but until its fixed it's just another good app with delays and issues.

I have used the app for years. However, it has been acting crazy since the last update. It either does not load the data completely or crashes as soon as I touch a tab or try to zoom the map. PLEASE fix it so I can up the rating again.

made no alert sound. I have my app settings to give me a siren alert. I checked my settings to be sure it was set last night before the tornadoes started. my body would not keep me awake all night and I accidentally fell asleep at 345 just 15 min. before the tornadoes were in the area. I got warnings in words only. guess who slept right through the entire storm/tornadoes?? I have a few Facebook friends saying theirs didnt do a sound alert either.

Loved it until the follow me quit working a few months ago on Android phone. We have 3 phones and have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Not sure why this isn't being fixed as others are complaining as well. I guess because it's not Apple iPhone. 😔 Disappointed.

Great weather app. Only gripe is the setting for "show notifications from local TV station" never stays turned off. It always turns back on every time the app is opened. Would be a 5 star app if that could be fixed.

TERRIBLE! Current temp has been 9+° too low CONSTANTLY! Says it's 73° now while James Spann says it's 82°!! Next, the daily detailed info ALWAYS claims UV Index is "0" when it's actually much higher! This is a VERY DANGEROUS ERROR! Finally, the app's dropdown notification panel will not STAY in the dropdown! It can be swiped away or if there's too many other notifications & you hit "Clear" this app's panel clears too! I've already emailed devs days ago with no response BEFORE temp error began!!

No longer usable. This app used to be great but it now opens up and freezes i guess. You only get to see the initial screen bu can not use any of the controls to navigate around.

I've been using this app for years; always worked well until the latest update. Now, whenever I open the app, the temperature banner won't appear. I lowered my rating to 1 star until you can get this fixed.

Same as every other weather app, unless. Can't even plan a few hours ahead. If I needed to know the weather that was happening right that second I'd just go outside and look. I'd give it less than one start if I could.

Functionality is fine.During the summer I'd like to be able to plan 1 day that will be sunny to enjoy. But it is frustrating, to put it mildly, that there is no accuracy even a few hours in the forecast. The hourly forecast will say 'Sunny', every hour. Actual: Overcast or cloudy. I've taken screen shots of the hourly forecast before lunch only to see them changed totally in an hour. So I waste a day of my life by relying on an accurate forecast that never happens.

I've been using this app for years and loved it but with the recent updates, it's unreliable. I don't get weather alerts for severe weather. I have the siren and talk alerts on. Also what happened to the 10 day forecast now it only shows 7 days😒

Been using this for some years, then it underwent a change. I get zero alerts, and the apps daily weather doesn't halfway keep up with the changes I get in my email!

Worked great for years, I suggested it to everyone I know. All of a sudden the widget stopped working, the banner disappeared, no alerts or warnings, nothing!

This use to be a great app. Now its useless garbage. You can't enlarge the map to full screen or zoom and the fonts are near impossible to read due to color. Whoever manages this app for ABC 33/40 is an idiot amd should be fired.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!? With the immense intensity we're all having with storms & devastating DEADLY tornadoes in Central AL right now, one would HOPE you guys would have corrected this USELESS app by now! I was about to say "with hurricane season right around the corner" but dang, it's suspected we had one today! Your followers are BEGGING you to repair this app & silence! Not only can't we rely on unbiased & truthful news reporting any longer, but we get no help with weather either!
