Doesn't work. I've downloaded the app by scanning the code on the instruction manual. Charged the camera overnight, and got a SD card for it. Can't use the camera because the app doesn't work. Galaxy S21 ultra. Returning the cameras.
This app won't work on an S9. This is a complete scam. Will be sending this to the FTC and asking everyone else to do so as well. Go to reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/ MerchSource LLC the app developers average no more than a ~2 star on all the apps they produce.
Installed the app but would not load. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but then continuously crashed. More work needed on the apps development maybe?
Cannot use with android like the app claims. Only certain versions of Android will work. Mine, is too new. So I am returning this camera.
It doesnt work at all! I just opend it on my Samsung A51and it showed a white screen. So, I removed it.

Don't use this app this app will share your personal information without your permission. This app ask your permission to access your phone records and the contacts.App Does not work your phone get hang

I've installed and uninstalled it several times but it never works. I'm android user (Galaxy Note 8). It simply will not install properly. All I get is a white screen with a message at the bottom of the screen that reads "tap here to expand" but it will not expand. My son has an iPhone and when he downloaded the app, it works perfectly. Must be an Android issue.
