360-L Flight

well worked fine on my Verizon note 8 with latest os oreo "don't quote on that" disabled background data in app settings so I didn't have to turn off .mobile data. unfortunately I had to do a factory reset and now I can't get past the wifi connect screen. I toggled every setting I can think of. can't figure out why the app can't access the wifi network. Oh and I've tried both 360 and the L version. same issue with both. gonna try the others now.

Seamless streaming seems to be an issue with this drone. Watching playback becomes painful due to all of the frame-freezing that takes place. I wish it would work without having to use its own network also. Why wouldn't my AT&T connection be sufficient? Also, I wish there was some control over the camera while in flight. Longer flight times would be great. I get about 6 minutes. And I find using VR impossible b/c while looking thru the VR set I have no idea where the drone is in the real world.

I wish I had done a little research before making the purchase of this streaming 2.4ghz hd video drone. Because as bad as the app is - spent over an hour trying to connect to no avail - it's just one of the many flaws with the whole package. I see now why I was able to get it marked 80% off clearance. But I thought with the name SHARPER IMAGE, I had nothing to worry about. Trust me, that brand name doesn't mean anything to me like it used to. Shame for selling your customers this!!

Yes the video quality is incredibly choppy but it actually works. I have to keep in mind that its not just the app its the drone camera which is actually pretty bad. Even though because of the camera quality you can't fly by camera well I tried to do that and I hit a tree because my camera froze. If you want a good drone that you can get high up and fly around I recommend a phantom 4 but overall its an ok app.

Connected to the camera once...did nothing different but tried a second, third, fourth and so on times with no avail, the whole setup is useless to me without the camera feature....garbage. I would give less stars if possible

Works fine. There are 3 of the 360 apps i had to find out which one worked for me. But had to import the videos from my downloads folder to share on FB or add to my photos.

I'd give more stars but their directions are incomplete. IN ORDER TO GET THE APP TO WORK YOU NEED TO SHUT OFF MOBILE DATA. I hope that helps everyone. It took me some digging online to find that one. But saved me a return, and now I'm VR racing my drone around.

This app is no good, This application does not work, it never worked, the camera never opened, and my drone is a DX-5, I do not recommend it

Drone is cool. I have a Pixel 2xl running pi and surprise the app does not work. Keeps prompting to connect to wifi without opening the controls. Used my wifes note 9 running oreo and it opened fine.

Hey so I have a google pixel 1 and this app does not work with it but it works with my brothers samsung S6?, this is still a great app but please try to fix this bug and notify everyone when it is fixed please. Thank You😁

App doesn't work. Cannot connect to camera. Drone instructions called for this version and I also tried the other 360 Flight apps. None work. Tried other drone apps. FYD-FPV seems to work fine.

Recently bought the DRO 004 drone. As per the instructions I installed 360-L Flight app in my pixel 3 but it asks me to connect to the drone's WiFi on Stream click even though my phone if already connected to that WiFi. I tried same app from another phone (again with Android Pie) but saw same message. The customer support for the drone was not helpful and asked me to return the drone. Then I tried my wife's phone which have Oreo and it steamed the video. Sent mail developer, waiting for response

Everytime I go to view my videos it stops the app and sends me back to home screen. First time this has happened, other than that the app's fine.

Website videos are difficult to watch on a phone. App is very rudimentary. Not at all satisfied with the app interaction or experience.

You have to shut off mobile data for the drone to connect. (If it hadn't been for that bit of advice from another user, this purchase would have been a waste. Thanks!)

Does not stream to Note 10 +, interface says to configure through app, but app just keeps saying connect through wifi even after connecting to drone.

Im using a Moto Z3 phone with the DRO-004 drone and this 360 L. App. Not terrible, works 70% of time correctly, has some lag to video more than you would like but overall decent starter Drone.

I have a Pixel 3, the DRO004, and Im using the 360 L. app. My phone detects the Wi-Fi signal but it will not stream. Is the camera faulty or is the app faulty???

Horrible! My 10 year old daughter spent her own money to buy this drone for a gift for Father's Day and it will not connect to app. Tried 2 different phones. She is heartbroken! Keeps saying connected to the drone Wifi with no internet. So disappointed in a company that used to have such great products.

This app is completely busted, and hasn't been fixed since it's launch. Never connected to my drone. Waste of $50.

This app is not compatible with Android 10 it needs to be updated. if it gets an update I will give a better rating.

Has issues with the camera for the drone has lag and most times it just puts a random picture on screen
