Useless won't connect regardless what I try the camera doesn't say the prompts that the instructions say it should say. The camera is going back its useless do not buy ever load of rubbish!!!!!!!
Super slow. Bearly ever finds the recorded video, you can't fast forward or rewind and now won't load any of the cameras on my new LG V40 phone about 90% if the time
finally, i could setup the app. it was really annoying. it doesn't show any pictures. basically the whole stuff is useless. i don't know how they were allowed to merchandise. i want my money back
It does not connect to the WiFi. It did for a while, now it keeps saying a very extremely annoying "system starting"
This app does not work on android phone. Not able to play the video. Please solve this issue. Im using huaweo p20 pro.
I spend 1 hour configuring this. camera shows on my List, BUT WON'T CONNECT. What a joke. returning this camera.
Worked for a week. No audio though then it just stopped connecting
after working for a month it now saying wifi pass word wrong and wont connect

its all set up and says online. i can talk to others but the camera itself doesnt show me anything

Had it a month or so fantastic then got another 1 2 weeks ago. The original 1 is still working but the other 1. Keeps saying can't connect yet the other is connected which is weird as it can't b the Wi-Fi. Really confused I take it, it's updated and the newest camera doesn't like it. I don't know I'm guessing I haven't got a clue. If some one does know please let me know 😠 very frustrated
I am happy so far. The software was easy to setup(It's english). Night vision looks great. Just havn't tested the alarm feature yet.I see lots of negative feedback & I think some of you should use a bit more patience, before giving negative comments. Or just read the instructions for once in your life. I got what I paid for.
Camera was working until updated firmware today, all went ok and update completed but now says login failed. Correct password for router inserted so can only be some sort internal admin password or firmware faulty. Looks like a bin case.
Got this camera today and to be honest wasn't expecting the world from it for £20 considering they threw in a free 2 port smart charger worth £8 into the deal for free but had an open mind lol. Tried connecting the camera to wifi through this app time and time again with a robot voice repeating jibbarish over and over, eventially it decided to connect and I tell you I am blown away for the price everything works-panning, night vision, zoom, audio, 4g/wifi reception. The app works very well but the camera takes a while on it's first ever set up to connect just keep trying!
The app is not able to stream the video. Loading animation is always playing instead. However, I'm able to rotate the camera via the app. Is it related to codec or something?
